So I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but with the Wingstop app on my phone, it will never let me place an order. So online ordering doesn’t work, you try to call and place an order and the voicemail box is always full and I never get anyone on the phone. I literally always have to walk in and wait in their dirty, overpacked restaurant. Other than that food is bomb as always, it just frustrating I never can order before hand and just simply pick it up.

Food was good but place was filthy and staff was unfriendly. Shocked to see the staff see the place so nasty and not do anything about it. Workers were coming out to the lobby stepping all over trash on the ground and wouldn’t even bother to grab a broom to clean it up. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like…

The food was delicious and to order. However, despite picking-up our order within the time-frame estimated for our order to be ready, my wife's food was cold. It wasn't anything the air fryer could t help, but it would've been nice to be able to skip this extra step.
