When I was buying some medicine at the self checkout yesterday, the register wanted my ID checked to make sure I was over 18. And a short middle age woman with short bleached hair came to by pass this part and jokingly I said don’t you want to check my ID? (I’m in my 60s and in the past we laugh at this and go on)- but she just looked at me and said with a snotty attitude- oh yeah right!!!
I’m not coming back and spend my hard earned money at this store and be treated like this by someone who doesn’t like their job.

this month has been really hard for me. I have a stroke and been having money taken out of my purse in the hospital. I was short on cash. We ran out of food so I went to the store and got sell items. I counted the money and thought I had enough but when I got to the register I was $10 short so I was taken out items to return to the store and the manager came up and gave me a $10 coupon so I could get everything that was in my basket. This is why I always shop this Albertson's. They are the best when I get home my brother and I ate good for the first time in days , thank you Albertsons

The food is overpriced. A bag of chips is $5 here. The chefs cooking is bland and they're terrible at communicating. The cashiers are weird and disrespectful. They're also really stupid. They always ask "how many bags you need?" like I'm suppose to know the exact amount of bags to fill everything properly. Recently this moron removed everything from a plastic bag and crammed everything in my bigger bag when I handed it to him. The retard doesn't know how to split between the two. 9/10 I go to the self checkout line, the exception is when I buy alcohol. I'll shop here less often and go to the self checkout line 100%.

Drive up pick up here is absolutely horrendous. Expect to wait at least 20 mins. I've done at least four pick ups here now, each with the same result. Not exactly sure why it takes so long but the logistics definitely needs improving. Customers who aren't picking up here are also parking in the curbside spots. Much rather just go in and pick up my own groceries than wait for them to put my order together and then wait forever for them to bring it out.

I can tonight to grab salt, toothpaste, vinegar and a bag of orange. Went to self service section. I start scanning and continued to pay. As soon as I selected number of bags I used, my amount was adding up with non stop. I couldn't do anything and ended up paying "my back account charged right away". I asked one of employees to help me. Her response was exactly as this "OH! I messed it up, I was scanning items for another person and charged your machine " !She called someone to help me and she took care of my refund and my two star rating is for that. I also refused to purchase my items and decided to never come back to this store or any Albertsons. We all know you overpriced and your quality is not in the level of your price. But sometimes you don't have any other options especially urgent needs at late times. so we put up with your prices.Here is my opinion:1- what if this was a person with only this amount of money in his/her card. We all know how inflation hitting us. This is knowing the refund takes time to reflect you account. But ironically, you charge as soon as you remove your card.2- what if this was a senior citizen and not good at managing technology. He/She might not even know. Just leaving the store having a bag of orange for 40$. Good job giant corporate for your staff training!

Regarding pickup, they didn't give me the refrigerated items worth around $25. A lot of things were going on at once in our household, so I ordered pickup for convenience and didn't notice what was missing until later. I put in a complaint but have yet to receive a response or refund.

They still make their employees wear face masks. For one this is against peoples personal freedoms and two this makes for very poor customer service. I will not be shopping here again until they end this.

I've been to this Albertsons plenty of times, with my wife, and every time we come the employees are always rude as heck. They look like they're bothered by any question we ask, and not very friendly.. is it cause we're gay? We may never know lmao! 0/10!!! Only friendly person is the security guard who ALWAYS greets us, so shout out to him!

First and last time I ever order a cake from there! The girl taking my order over charged and when I went to pick up luckily the lady there realized it and fixed it. My cake wasn't what I expected but what can you do day of the event. I specifically asked for fresh strawberries which they charge extra for and I didn't get it. My cupcake order wasn't correct either. When I called the next day to speak to a manger she was out sick I left a message and it's been over 2 weeks haven't heard from her! I'm not gonna bother calling again. They just lost a customer, which doesn't seem to be a issue since they already have a bad rep.

This is my go to Albertsons I always find what I'm looking for. Produce isn't always good looking especially for the price, but everything else I find. If your a regular shopper at Albertsons I highly recommend downloading the app. Right now monopoly is being played and I have got a lot of good deals even free items. The Starbucks inside is good for the most part but when there is a line your waiting forever for your drinks. Bathrooms are normally clean with stocked hand soap, toilet paper, seat covers and paper towels to dry your hands and to open door with. They have a sanitizer pump right when you walk in and most the time have sani wipes to wipe down your cart, however there is someone outside spraying carts down before grabbing one. Over all this store is kept up with being stocked and clean.

We've lived by Albertsons and have used them for four years. Today, I'm writing a long overdue review after our visit to the deli. Let me first say some positive things about the store:The staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. The location is convenient since it's the closest grocery store in our area of town. And, they have everything you need in a pinch. Now, the deli experience:The fried chicken has a good flavor and crisp. It was also moist and tender. The price is reasonably cheap too. We ordered the BBQ chicken wings as well and they were dry. I wouldn't recommend the wings. Our two sides were Mac and Cheese and Classic Potato salad. I have a 6 year old and an 8 year old. They both said the Mac and cheese was "okay", but didn't even finish theirs. That should tell you everything you need to know... The potato salad was pretty good, though. It was better than I expected, but nothing to brag about. The CONS:I rarely get in and out of the store quickly. I recommend using self checkout, because the regular lines move very slowly. I don't know if this is due to staff or customers, but the lines are always slow. Furthermore, the price for most stuff is high. I only shop here for small lists due to their price. It's easily one of the more expensive groceries in town that I've been to. So, my recommendation is use them if you want some decent fried chicken and potato salad. Use them if you have a few small items you need to pick up. Use the self checkout. Do NOT do your major family grocery shopping here. It'll cost you!
