We ate there on veterans Day was a little busy but the food was great and the management was very polite. Server was very polite and helpful . They even offer a happy hour 3:00 to 6:00 everyday even On holidays and weekends. Would recommend you go and check it out I had a great experience. Thanks

The nee grilled cheeseburger meal was very disappointing. It didn't lead up to its commercial. Only one slice of cheese and very small dipping cup of soup. I opted for coleslaw instead of fries and the coleslaw was in a bigger cup than the soup and the server still had fries on my plate.

My boyfriend and I came there along with my 5 year old daughter on Veterans Day and we got seated by the server named TARA B. At first she was nice to us. We ordered one free entree and I also ordered one soda. When the entree came on the table, I politely asked TARA B for plate, she asked “are you guys gonna share”? I said yes. Whole time I wanted to share the fries with my daughter. TARA B didn’t like the fact that we were sharing so she left and went got two small plate and when she got to the table, she slammed the plates and didn’t say a word and left. Like why making it a big deal for me to share fries with my daughter? Anyway my boyfriend didn’t even eat anything so then 15 minutes later TARA B brought our check that I thought had only one soda on it, total of the check was $7.13. I paid in full and took the itemized receipt and put it in my purse. When I got to the car I kept asking myself why a fountain soda cost that much so I checked the receipt and I saw we got charged $2.99 for ziosk games that my daughter didn’t even touch. My daughter was using my boyfriend’s phone the whole time we were there, we didn’t even know that the little thing on the table got games. So I went back and asked the manager why we got charged for it even tho TARA B literally knew we didn’t touch that thing coz we sat on her section and she’d pass there the whole time. Anyway the manager refunded me but my whole problem is that our server didn’t provide good service at all. Also the food was so bad that we didn’t even finish.

I had lunch at Applebee’s today, and it was a disappointing experience. When I was seated, the table was dirty and there was a mess underneath it that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff didn’t seem to notice or care enough to fix it. I ordered a steak medium, but it came out completely well done and dry. The food overall wasn’t that great, and the place just felt poorly managed. Definitely not the quality or service I expected.

Ordered the new burger on potato bread which said burger/ 4 slices of American cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly and moist, what lacked was cheese. I think they must cut the cheese in half so they can say 4 slices. I know mine only had 2 thin, barely noticeable. Service was also great. I really liked my sandwich, just wish it had more cheese, will try again.

Location needs it's men's toilet fixed apparently it won't stop flushing! Id change this review if they could stop wasting water. The food was nice and the service was the best.
The food is pretty good I love the fact that the managers walk around and check on you all the time sometimes you have servers that go after the big tables instead of taking care of you which upset me the last time we were there but most of the time when we're there we get treated really good

Had the Cajun Blackened Salmon and it was cooked to perfection!! It was a birthday celebration and I looked so forward to trying the salmon, and I was not disappointed! It literally melts in your mouth! It takes a great cook to do salmon right, and I was blessed to have finally found one who made it wonderfully delicious! Making me hungry just thinking about it!!
Our server was attentive and kind with a great disposition ready to help.

The food is pretty disappointing. I had a side of mashed potoes and ended up taking a bite and pulling a plastic bag corner oit of my mouth. My guess is that the sides are premeasured and someone dropped the cut corner into the potoes. Just not very appealing. I didn't complain and I probably should have because everything after that was a big turn off. They do have good iced tea though.
