The roast beef has tasted like rubber for the last 5 years. This place has hit rock bottom. This is not the Arby's you think it is.Stay away or go miles away to the next Arby's, much like the other fast food places in this particular strip, it is worthy of a trash can.

I went there and order three of the smokehouse sandwiches with crinkle fries large, I hadn’t had Arby’s in a long time and me and my family were craving it so I took the drive to go get it which was a little bit of a drive. When I got the order I checked Denny gave me curly fries and I told her they gave me the wrong fries. I gave them back to her I hadn’t even got my sandwiches yet so I have not touched them. Manager on duty came around and found out I have the wrong fries and took the fries and kind tossed him down on table and came to me and said I would have to go to the front and park and wait for my crinkle fries with an attitude. The girl who took my order looked a little nervous because I may because she could tell the manager was irritated I don’t know. But for a manager she didn’t even at least apologize for giving me the wrong fries and just kind of like firmly scolding he told me to go in the front and go park at that time I do not wanna wait and my sandwiches to get cold so I told the girl just give me back the curly fries and I left I expect to come in there for a long drive and spend $50 I’d get a better experience and at least apology and also the sandwich is good but it’s very skimpy. I worked many many years on the management team for big retail stores and she needs to have a better attitude for a manager and lead by example
Didn't really care for the practice of 7 sandwiches sitting on the heating rack even though the place was not busy. Female cashier kept trying to give a cherry Turnover after telling her apple 3 times. Got the runs eating there barely made it to the bathroom down the road.

Arby's Eastlake ran out of gyros, but Arby's El Cajon still had some. Nice manager said she got a delivery the day before, but the supply was running out from the warehouse. They had the meats!

Went to try the new fish and fries,the food quality was pretty bad.Watched as they pulled out the fries then let them sit untill the fish was ready, then watched and waited,food was not hot.The location was clean and the serving employee was polite.Arbys needs to stick with the BBQ .The food was over priced for the serving size, for $2 more could haveGotten a real meal in a sit down restaurant.

I love arbys classic sandwich, however I can no longer order combos. The fries consistently taste like fish in this place. Highly recommend you not cook them together. My daughter and I both have had this problem. Literally everytime!
