I ordered and paid for 2 ice cream pies on line and went in the next day (as scheduled) to pick them up and they DID NOT HAVE THEM! They kid called his manager Mo, who was out and they told me to wait. I waited 20 minutes and the manager comes in and finds that they did have my online order BUT have never made the pies!! Then he yelled and me and told me he would give me a refund. I explained I needed the ice cream pies today for a party and then he sighed and said FINE I will do this because its our fault but I really shouldn't have too!! The SERVICE was horrible and I will never go back!!

On the website and on the door, it says they open at 10 AM then there’s a little sign that says they open at 11 AM and don’t even open at 11 AM because not on time very upset. Definitely not a good Baskin-Robbins location.

So it seems people don't understand how confusing it is to have posted hours on the internet posted and 2 different posted hours on their door. How lazy is it to post closing time on your door but not remove old ones idiots!

Went to find a specific cake and Ryan was super helpful and went out of his way to check to see if they had the cake I was specifically looking for and they did!! So grateful for his help! Also they were able to get a writing on the cake last minute. Everyone there was great!
