I love this ice cream shop. Even though it’s far away I never go anywhere else because of the employees. Raquel always does my cakes for my birthday each year and I love them! Plus the girls are fun to talk to and they provide the best service. Raquel always takes amazing care of us. Vanessa and Hilda are so welcoming. Adriana is fun and energetic. All are fun to talk to. I visit as much as possible.

I asked for a pineapple topping and nuts,the girl put it half on my ice cream, not even on all,they don't let you use the restroom, because its not public restroom, you said thank you, not even an answer,definitely not returning

The clerks can't take credit for the ice cream being good since they don't make it themselves. It's BR of course it's good. But if you want a milkshake in a flavor you haven't tried yet, you don't want to make a shake and end up not liking it. So you ask for a taster to help you decide and are RUDELY told they don't do samples. I had already ordered a cone obviously I wasn't there to graze. La Mesa operates like a real BR. I'll stick...
