Ever since they took away the smaller cuts of meat the quality of their food has gone down. The cuts of meat aren't as good the side aren't as good either. It just seems they are using cheaper products and the presentation of the food has gone downhill too. I still eat there but the last few times I've left thinking it's not as good as it used to be.

Not sure why we had to wait for 25 minutes after the time of reservation to be seated. We were told they were waiting for a table that seats 5 was open. All the tables seat 5 and half the restaurant was empty.

Everything we ate was great and my mother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed her first birthday without her beloved husband and we couldn't thank your staff enough for making this special occasion for our family.

First time going to El Cajon location, traveled from Bonita , worth the drive out waiter Richard was very attentive, friendly and courteous. Will definitely be visiting again. The food was delicious!

Brought out a lobster that was old and had been frozen for God knows how long. Steak was medium well instead of medium rare. Cold mushrooms. Loaded potatoe was spot on. Seriously, eating that pizza bster would have probably killed me if I ate it

We come here a couple times a year and always have a great experience.
Last night my wife and I had dinner here. Bar service was fast and friendly. Victoria was our server and we were met with the same great service that we've come to expect. Prompt, courteous, and accommodating. We were greeted promptly, our order was taken without mistake, and the food was served without delay. There was plenty to eat with plenty of left overs! All for a very reasonable price!

We went today for Anniversary Dinner. Seemed very slow. Took several minutes to be seated. They seated us in the bar area. I hate that area always very poor service. Today there was 1 guy working. He came by the table and said he would be back. We were there 10 minutes before that even happened. He came back10 to 15 minutes later to drop off menus. He didn't even take our drink orders. He came back about 10 minutes later,thanked us for waiting. Took our order. He finally at the end ask what we wanted to drink. Each time he brought something to our table he got the order to the wrong person,there were only 2 of us. There was a girl who brought our food out, again given to the wrong person.we asked for our steaks to be mid well.they seemed almost rare.I asked for no onions in my soup,there were onions.I sent the soup back. I used points and ordered a dessert and guess what they charged us. I pointed that out and 10 to 15 minutes later it was taken off the bill. When we were leaving there were probably 6 people waiting to be seated. I heard the staff say it will be 25 minutes until the next server comes in. Such poor service. The restaurant was not crowded. I don't know if we will go back.I will say if you are on a time frame don't go. So disappointing. This is bot the first time this type of thing has happened.

Had an amazing experience at Black Angus Steakhouse! The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious! The crab was fresh and full of real crab meat (not the imitation stuff), and my 12 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly — juicy, tender, and full of flavor. For the quality of food and service, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back!

Our reservation was for six o'clock but we weren't sited until 6:25. Our table was small for six people - our knees and elbows kept bumping into each other. It was very uncomfortable. The surf and turf quesadilla was very tasty. One of my lobster tails was good, but the other had a mushy texture. The steak was okay. Our server was good and had a great personality.
