Buckboard was such an amazing caterer for our wedding! Even from the first tasting, the catering manager Amber took great care of us. She made careful note of allergies and special requests. The food was delicious and got a lot of compliments. My partner and I, as well as our guests, felt well taken care of by the staff. Thank you Buckboard for a memorable dinner!

We are so incredibly happy with our decision to use Buckboard for our wedding! Amber was amazing at communicating with us (especially when we asked a million questions) and was willing to support us even when our budget changed. During the wedding, the food was fresh and delicious! The staff were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. All of our guests loved the food we had!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this team!! The buckboard catering team catered my wedding and they blew us all away!! Ashley was amazing with accommodating our budget, going through the options, hosting the tasting and holding my hand through the process. I had people coming up to me all night telling me how great the food was. They were with communication throughout the process and even with our guests all night. They personally spoke to each guest with allergies and informed them of the best options to accommodate them. They even went out of their way to buy a new salad dressing for a guest with allergies during the event and gave her her own personal bottle to keep at her table. My coordination team was going to take care of cake cutting and our nacho bar but the Buckboard team insisted on taking it off of their hands and took a huge load off of their plates. I got great feedback from everyone about the friendly bartenders and their flexibility with signature drinks and the other options!! Food was great and so was the atmosphere ?

Buckboard catered our wedding! We had a taco bar and we still have people telling us how good the food was! Very professional and responsive! Such a pleasure to work with them and we will be using Buckboard for our next event!!

They worked with our unique vision (we wanted something on the more casual side, so we got sliders!) and made it perfect for our event. When we were trying food, we happened to mention that we were still looking for rentals, and they let us know that they could take care of all of our rental needs. At the end of the day, we can’t say enough how happy we were with Buckboard’s work!

Buckboard recently hosted our launch reception for our new facility. The level of service and attentiveness blew us away - top notch! Delicious food, friendly and attentive service, great presentation, and every aspect on time. We will definitely hire them for any future events.

Highly recommend Buckboard Catering! We used them last week for a small event at a winery. Buckboard put together beautiful charcuterie boards for the event. Everyone enjoyed the meats, cheeses, fruit...it was an awesome spread. Customer service, prepping for the event, was great and prices were very reasonable. Give them a try!

The best BBQ in San Diego! Amazing food, huge portions, & great prices. The tri tip platter is huge & delicious!

Wow! Best BBQ in SD hands down. A must try. Ribs don’t need BBQ sauce however their sauces are amazing. The shhh puppies were next level. Bread is on point. This spot made this foodie very happy. ?

Choosing Buckboard Catering was the best decision! Out of all the crazy ups and downs with the wedding planning, Crystal made the food and drinks effortless and enjoyable! She was able to design a perfect menu for us that spoke to bother of our tastes. The cherry on top of choosing Buckboard? They provided a great bartender that was equally fabulous! I’m glad to see they only have people on their a-game as a part of their team. Say yes to Buckboard before you say “I do”!

Great food big portions and freindly people so stop in and enjoy some great BBQ .

Had a small group lunch on a Friday. Not too busy to get fully attentive service with lots of smiles and a few laughs. Very "like home" feeling to the staff and their demeanor. I ordered the 2XChicken Quarters and man was it A TON of chow! Super juicy and the OG sauce was sooo good. Get a cold Coors Light and a side of Onion Ring if you want to leave stuffed with some leftovers. I'll be back. Fashow!
