I tried the “Best of” platter to try everything out. Pulled pork was flavorful but very salty…and I like salt. Chicken good but nothing special. Tri-tip was truly outstanding. Very tender, nice smokiness, good flavor. Next time I’ll get that!! Sides of potato salad and Cole slaw good but unremarkable.
I brought home more than I could possibly eat for lunch. It was a generous portion for two.

The food here is pretty good, but for the price, it wouldn't be my first choice. I've eaten much better BBQ at other establishments for similar prices in the area. The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was okay, I didn't like the fact that I had to stand in line to order, rather than having someone come to take my order. When I go out, I don't want to stand in line, especially when you are given a menu.

I’d like to preface that I grew up in North Texas and am completely aware there are going to be BBQ differences in California. We ordered the sausage platter assuming it would be your typical andouille style sausage. When it arrived, we noticed after a few minutes that they served us four bratwurst links for $24. Let me tell you, that is absolutely criminal when it comes to BBQ. Burger and chicken sandwich...
