I call 7 times now they got my order wrong and won’t answer the phone it’s theft if you don’t give even the proper amount of food listed on your menu what’s going on?

I order two sandwiches avocado beacon double angus, one rap in lettuce and the other one double Angus regular. Even though it’s was wrong about two weeks ago, the manager was really nice and he said I’m writing your name to make it right the next time for you. Today I was around the area and decided to get my sandwich right. The manager she was not helpful or not even trying to help me, I explained what had happened showed her the pictures of my burgers that I received and she just said “we don’t have your name and that what normally what we do write down your name for any issues but we don’t have yours so theirs nothing I can do.

I keep giving this location chance after chance, and it never fails any sandwich is always smashed, even if it's in the bag on top. I think they smash them on purpose. Below is the picture from their website of a spicey chicken sandwich and then they's the one I got. Let's just say a waste of money.

Very poor experience came to get my child chicken Stars and while ordering his meal The worker proceeded to tell me what I was ordering was for kids meal and that we couldn’t order the 4 piece. I told her we were ordering the meal for a child. That’s why we were ordering the four piece and she still proceeded to tell us that if we wanted the 6 to 9 piece because the four piece was for children so again I repeated to her and a stern voice that I was ordering the four piece chicken stars for a child. Finally she put the order in but just had an attitude after. So head up to parents buying their kids, kid meals without the children being present.

I mean, the chicken tenders took me a minimum of 2 minutes to chew every bite. The tenders have a consistently of peanut butter once you start to chew. Although if you spit in your mouth before you take a bite it makes you feel like maybe it’s kind of juicy????? Overall never coming back this place blows.

Carl’s Jr has gone downhill as a whole but I wanted to give it another chance.I never been to this location so when I came here it was dead, literally no one was there. I ordered my food and she made me drive to the side to wait for it,not sure why it wasn’t even busy what so ever. I then get my food and the fries were cold like wth! I wouldn’t come here again.

I just ordered Hand-Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich Bombo and paid a full price $12.33 and then they gave me chicken Sandwich only with pickles. No lettuce, no Swiss Cheese, no tomato and NO BACON!I opened my Sandwich when I was away from the restaurant and saw a lying worker's job. This is not first time happening to me and I tried 2 different locations, N. Second st. one and now Jamacha one, they all work in the same way. I paid full price for nothing. Your proud business literally has no blessings by how you work and do your job falsely instead of honestly to yourselves and to people.

Server at drive thru was sweet. The cheeseburger pretty good. I wish the grilled chicken sandwich had a spicy option and out of hand dipped chicken. Served a peanut butter shake instead of the caramel pretzel ordered. Fries were not hot and fresh.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would have, I just wanted to share my experience today at this Carl’s Jr.Today earlier my husband and my sister and my 6 month old daughter walked into this Carl’s Jr to grab a bite, as we walked in I noticed “Paul” he was running the front register, as we walked in I noticed he looked over his shoulder looked at us and rolled his eyes and whispered something under his breathe, he seemed so bothered, like if we did something wrong to him. I ignored it, but my husband noticed too, anyways we let it go, and continued deciding what we wanted to order, never got a welcome or any acknowledgment from Paul what’s so ever, he seems very bother that we were there, mind you, no one was in line we were the only ones, so finally it was time to order, he walks up to the counter didn’t make eye contact nor welcomed us at all and he said very rudely and faint “can I help you” and I ask him if we did something wrong to bother him?, I ask him if he needed to step back a bit to calm down or take a breather because I knew working in a fast food restaurant was frustrating, he Replied “NO what do you want !” He scared my 6 month old daughter , and that’s when I asked for a manger.Paul is very rude, very unprofessional, is definitely not a good asset to this company at all, they should FIRE Paul immediately because that location will lose a lot of customers & business if he continues there. I really hope corporate get this review and does something about Paul. Because a person like him does not deserve a job there at Carl’s Jr .
