I ordered online and got there 5 minutes after they were supposed to have my order ready, and it still wasn't ready, when they gave it to me eventually they had my order all wrapped up like I was a Uber courier so I wasn't able to see if that was even my order, then when I get in my car I noticed both of my burgers we're single pattys, when one of them should be a double, they also ignored any of my requests to add and take away things on the burger. They made me pay extra for nothing, and the burgers weren't worth the price either, they were around $15 for each large combo and the box of fries was small and the drink cup was small (a little above the size of a medium at other fast food places) completely overpriced compared to anywhere else. if you are forced to order from this place, don't use an app and make sure they get your order right

Careful with this place. When there is a mistake with your order you can't actually call in because the phone number doesn't work. Half the time goes to a fax machine or no one answers.

This review is for the owners/managers. Long wait(20mins), order wrong twice. Cold food, flat soda and $60 that was not worth it. Staff tried but clearly they are lot trained and overwhelmed.

I was walking past Carl's Jr and saw the advertisement for "GHOST" burger..Downloaded the Carl's Jr app to get 20% my order...There is no legend that tells you what is abbreviated in the middle of ghostburger..BRK means breakfast sandwich...ULTIMATE FATBOY sandwich, meat patty. dehydrated egg patty. bacon. cheese...and hash browns with sausage patty...total false advertising you can't call it "GHOST PEPPER HEAT"" when it compares to a serrano pepper..SELF SERVICE AI machine is credit card only...total ordeal took 20 minutes to get 20% off my order only to get the wrong sandwich...I have to walk 30,000 steps at least to walk off these calories...
The A.I. Never gets the orders correct, and the lady was very rude to me when I asked for a correction. This is the second location where I've received service like this and honestly not coming back. This chain has gone downhill fast

Place is a dump, bathrooms always smelly even after they just cleaned them. They probably don't wash their mop. Makes you wonder if the clean the rags they use to clean tables and surfaces.
