The AI assistant for taking orders didn't work well; it took the order incorrectly, and when I told it to cancel it, it froze. We wasted a lot of time until an operator took our order. When it came time to pay, the order wasn't there, so we had to place it again. They didn't give us napkins or ketchup for the fries, we ordered coffee, and they didn't offer us cream or sugar. In short, a bad experience.

I ordered yesterday on the drive thru and i wanted to order the XL special and the AI speaker didn’t put the order in i end up ordering something else once i payed and got my ordered i stared eating in my car and two employees where outside and the person with black clothes im assuming that i was the manager was yelling at the other employee. I felt really uncomfortable.

Ordered a double big Carl combo and my patty was raw. I had to re cook it in my air fryer. Even at the restaurant she just handed me the food and closed the window right away. I had to wait an additional 5min to get ketchup and ranch. Horrible.

The automater speaker at drive thru never accurately takes orders and when it does it doesn’t speed up the drive thru process at all. I think they’re understaffed now that they added the AI speaker because every time I visit they have cars park and bring the food out. It’s ridiculous. A waste of money. Takes a job away from an employee. And you lost customers to all the other nearby burger places (BK, McDs, In-N-Out, Wendy’s all within a mile) because customers are frustrated with the long wait for “fast food.” Everyone loses. This Carl’s Jr will be out of business within a few years.

Took 20 minutes to get a cold burger and jalapeno poppers that could crack your teeth they were so over cooked. I was the only person in the drive threw with 2 customers inside that were already served.

Carl has passed, and it shows in the food. It's nothing like it used to be. The spicy chicken patty was as thin as a regular McDonalds patty.

Good burger when we eventually got it, along with free cookie. The problem was the new AI ordering system that went a bit crazy. It added all kinds of stuff to the order, and we basically started over again at the window when we were able to speak to a human

Went to the drive-thru and ordered a large double western Burger with a large diet Coke and the drive-thru is AI.
Couldn't get it right.
Asked me if it was right. I told it no. It told me to pull forward.
I waited a minute. A person talks to me. They don't understand English so.....
I went to Burger King two blocks away and had a bacon King and it was delicious.

Only come here if you like to wait 15+ mins to get your food
The food is good, always fresh. I noticed the employees dont always wear gloves here when handling your food, even at the back prep area.
Drive thru AI was a failure. Very nice server, Alicia, corrected our order. The speaker volume was almost inaudible when she came on to help correct the order.
