Loyalty and logic mean nothing to the staff. Don’t bother if you’re a family of more than 4, they won’t serve you without a reservation and if they do they’re going to make you feel incredibly unwelcome to the point where you leave on your own 🙄 it’s sad when a small child asks “why didn’t the lady want us there”. We’ll be dropping our money with people that don’t have attitude, Panda Express would be more worth it than here. If you need a recommendation for a place with better customer service and tastier food, hit up Panda Machi instead.
A must, for great Chinese food. This place gives great service and always plenty of food with your order. They go the extra mile to make you smile. Everything is so tasty. We usually order to go, orders have always been made correctly.
Went to check out this hole in the wall place and was absolutely happy with the choice. The food here is amazing, the atmosphere is nice and cozy, and the staff is very nice and friendly. Best of all, the portions are very generous and reasonable for the price. Absolutely banger of a place, would definitely recommend.

We were a party of 5, walked in and we were just looked at. I said do we seat ourselves? She rudely responded with, we will seat you this time but you need to make reservations for a party of 5 or more. We'll let me say, we should have walked out then and not let her seat us. It was as if she was doing us a favor, far from it. We spent well over $100 and not only was the service horrible but food was worse. Orange chicken was absolutely disgusting, nothing like I've ever tasted. Fried rice has no flavor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Great, small restaurant. Lovely owner, and very polite staff. Everything we have tried has been delicious.

It's a very casual and small eatery we checked out the reviews for. ISO Crispy Beef. We were delighted it's quite possibly the best I ever had. Nothing disappoints me more than soggy Beef when it says Crispy, which has become the norm in most Chinese restaurants IF it's on the menu. My sister ordered a side of Mandarin Noodles which were also delicious. I'm sad I live on the other side of our country and can't be a regular.

I was in the mood for crispy beef, coming from Imperial Valley, I used to cross to Mexicali where they had the best Chinese food but I decided to find all the restaurants that had crispy beef and looked at the reviews and this place won. The food was fresh and delicious and d the reviews and the restaurant did not disappoint. There was only one waitress so she was busy to give attention but she was sweet and she did a good job.

They have an odd policy about big groups, so we had to get separate tables. No problem just a heads up. The food was good. The lunch special soups were all really good. The won ton was the best I've had in a really long time. We tried most of the menu and no one was disappointed. They do put mushrooms in most things, so ask if you don't like them. I was told they could easily leave them out. It's now a go to in El Cajon.

Wouldn't serve my family because there were "too many people" with a family of 5 and only half full.

This has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in all of San Diego. The food is absolutely fantastic. And the service is just as great.
