Same employee that got cought smoking pot outside the parking lot was making food no gloves on and on her phone harrasing customers like a stalker !

I love every Chipotle I've gone to. The only place I'm guaranteed not to get gluten food. Get a bowl no problem. The girl behind the counter was great. She not only changed her gloves upon my request but washed her hands before a new pair. I like that she cared enough.

Online item was late on top of that they wait till all the in person line dies down and than they start with your order. Much faster ordering in person than online

The seating layout is not comfortable. You are either on a stool, sitting next to the fountain drinks, sitting next to the restroom, or sitting close with your back facing people in line.

all my other food was fine... but dude.. over the last 4 years this food chain has gotten worse and worse about the amount of chips come in the large bag. this resturant in particular has skimped me the last few times I've been. I'd just like a manager or someone's number to actually talk about this.

I went there at the last moment, but the staff still served me politely, and the food was fresh. Thank you all for your hard work!

The first time I had to wait for more steak to be cooked it was not cooked all the way. I emailed the customer service and she was like thank you and good bye then the second and third time I had to wait for them to cook the meat it was so so. I expected a refund for the first time and they were short with there answer.

Food was good but they over charged for an item and when I asked about it the manager was kinda rude about it and didn't fix it. The person making the food also refused to give extra rice for the burrito even though it was only a steak and rice burrito. Going to other locations from now on.

They have the smallest portions between all chipotles that I have been.

The workers at this location couldn't care any less. Burritos were ice cold and the pinto beans and meat were ice cold. First and last time going to this location. I'll stick to the santee location from now on. Disappointed for $80

Very small amount of rice , beans or chicken and vegetables, don’t waste your money on this location

They are pretty skimpy on the meats. I've been to other Chipotles, and they are generous. Otherwise, everything else was just fine

Great fresh food, and we didn't have to wasn't wait long even though it was busy during lunch, which we expected. We didn't expect to get our food within 5 mins of entering the place. I got a chicken burrito while my wife got the beef bowl. We were not disappointed, the food was so fresh. Chipotle definitely wins vs. any taco shop in the area that I know of as far as food quality. It cost $30 for 2 entrees and a bag of chips w/ guac, so the cost is equal to a taco shop as well. I used to think Chipotle was too expensive, but now I will be a regular.
