They are pretty skimpy on the meats. I've been to other Chipotles, and they are generous. Otherwise, everything else was just fine

Great fresh food, and we didn't have to wasn't wait long even though it was busy during lunch, which we expected. We didn't expect to get our food within 5 mins of entering the place. I got a chicken burrito while my wife got the beef bowl. We were not disappointed, the food was so fresh. Chipotle definitely wins vs. any taco shop in the area that I know of as far as food quality. It cost $30 for 2 entrees and a bag of chips w/ guac, so the cost is equal to a taco shop as well. I used to think Chipotle was too expensive, but now I will be a regular.

This is that chipotle at Chipotle and chipotle. A very Chipotle Chipotle. Surprisingly the food didn't taste like it had any Chipotle in it... hmmm
Horrible service. Clearly miserable at their job. If you don’t know how to treat customers don’t work at a place where you have to speak to them everyday. Manager couldn’t care less about their horrible service. Yikes.

its a sad day fir Chipotle, I have never had a bad experience, normally I only come here when they offer their chorizo! for you dirty minded people, PUN INTENDED! anyways... today was a sad day. we just finished watching a comercial for Chipotle, "always fresh, never frozen" here I am eager to get some Chipotle, its my turn to order..... they have some options everything else is empty, no its not closing time it is 3 in the afternoon. might as well close because there is noting on the grill. when I ask for their brisket they say they are out. in the back I can see that they are taking it out of the fridge, not frozen but close. close enough that when they rry to seperate the pieces they break. so semi frozen, no chicken, the flat top is barely hot because I dont hear a sizzle, needles to say I am dissapointed. here is my meal, overcooked brisket with semi hardened rice because it has been sitting for a while. I am dissapointed.

Messy cooking and food service area. The ingredients are cold mostly. When they chance the hot table pans, they drip the disgusting heating water in to the food! Didn't go.,. They didn't care and it shows in the faces of the employees.

The staff did not greet us
The staff was checking their cell phones while doing orders and performing misc Duties. Also staff was not changing gloves after handling cell phones.
The fast food group council and Gavin Newsom should visit these fast food resturaunts and see what the consumer sees. As a customer one would expect a better quality of service after the passing of wage bill 20$ or more per hour for fast food workers and a increase to the cost of the fast food we purchase
. The SEIU LABOR UNIONS should go to fast food restaurants and see how staff works. MAYBE they would see why fast food restaurant owners should not be paying $20. And more $$$. THE EMPLOYEES WANTED MORE $$$ THEY SHOULD PERFORM EVEN BETTER WITH THE $4 increase they all received in April.1. More entitlement only leads to less performance. IT SHOULD BE, PERFORMANCE.LEADS TO.WAGE INCREASES.
Getting back to the review .
There were several tables with food on them and other areas of the store not so clean..
2 of the guy staff members were wearing ear pods while dealing with food.and cleaning the kitchen.area and putting food away
Ear pods and cell phones are Not acceptable when working around food.Exspecially with the history Chipolote has from past food born illnesses .
The ear buds can fall into.food.while prepping.
My daughter ordered a kids build your own with carnitas.
Half the meat in the container was all fat. After the tranaction was completed It was like here you go.
I won't be going back to eat at Chipotle ,but I will be going back to get a refund on the kids meal that was not edible.

I want to start off by saying I should’ve recorded. This is beyond dysfunctional person who is making my burrito doesn’t even know how to roam it was holding my burrito and cheese and guac all on the side of my burrito, and he thought I didn’t see it. He quickly wrapped it as he was wrapping it. It was unwrapping the foil paper on the outside was messy and it looks like someone to squeeze my burrito on the inside. t’s a African-American guy with twist or dreads working the register so I told him can I get a new burrito mines is very sloppy. I work in the field so he pursuits to touch my food with the same gloves. He was using to take money. I asked him can you change his gloves and make me a burrito, grab my burrito tortilla and squeezes the food out my burrito onto a new burrito disregarded everything I said, and I was very polite before I got upset she’s a heavyset Latina with black hair and red lipstick with glasses so went to go get her and she said no she’s not dealing with it when I ask for my money back before she sent someone else that’s not the manager to help me get my refund at the end of the day this is very unprofessional. I would never come back. I’ve been here almost every day after work chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat and I never dealt with this in my life and I do want to speak to HR because these people don’t deserve to work at a place like this, especially in the area they work at. PS if it’s typos, I was speaking through a mic and auto corrects me
