Bowl order. Was extremely SALTY! The rice, meat, and guacamole were all SALTY! The server literally scraped the bottom of the pan and grabbed food straight off the dirty grill. I didn’t pay for SCRAPS! I paid for food and received crap. Couldn’t even eat my food entirely because they ruined it. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.
Quesadillas order. I visited Chipotle today and had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order at 2:40 PM but didn’t receive my food until around 3:15 PM. After waiting in my car for an unusually long time, I decided to go inside to check on my order. To my surprise, I found the staff scraping the bottom of the pan, which suggested they were not adequately prepared for the volume of customers. This is particularly frustrating to see from a reputed restaurant like Chipotle.
When I finally got my food, it was excessively salty. I noticed the employee making my order mess up on several details, and I had to step in to correct her while I waited. Additionally, they were out of several key ingredients that I would expect Chipotle to have readily available.
Overall, my food was cold and did not match my order, leaving me very dissatisfied with my experience. I would like a refund or at least a free order to make up for this.

This was honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I came in wanting a big boy burrito — something every other location has made for me without any issue — and this whole crew acted completely lost. It felt like nobody knew their own menu, and instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed that I even asked.
Samantha, the employee helping me, especially seemed confused about what was going on. In my experience, she didn’t seem trained at all, and her whole team felt the same way. Instead of trying to figure it out, the energy I got was rude, unprofessional, and just careless.
On top of that, the place didn’t look clean, the vibe was off, and the staff’s attitude just made everything worse. It felt like no one wanted to be there or actually help a customer.
Overall, between the rude service, the untrained staff, and the confusion over something simple, I’m not coming back to this location. Totally disappointing.

I bought a burrito on the app but for some reason I was having trouble with it accepting the free guacamole so when I got there they had my burrito made and I showed them I had free guac. And they scanned the code it took it but they said I would have to buy something. I told the I just bought a $13 burrito which by the way the steak was grissly. So instead of giving me the guac they wouldn't give it to me. Last time I go there. Burrito City is much better anyways. Thanks for the crappy burrito and customer service.

I love every Chipotle I've gone to. The only place I'm guaranteed not to get gluten food. Get a bowl no problem. The girl behind the counter was great. She not only changed her gloves upon my request but washed her hands before a new pair. I like that she cared enough.
