Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Corporate needs to do a check. Staff was friendly enough, but… I question how safe the food was. My stomach is feeling fine, but I should not have eaten from here.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Chipotle. I came in wanting a big boy burrito — something I’ve ordered at other locations with no problem — and the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, they were rude, dismissive, and honestly just seemed completely untrained.
The whole vibe felt unprofessional. The employees looked confused about their own menu, nobody communicated, and it felt like they were annoyed just because I asked a simple question. On top of that, the place didn’t look clean at all, which made everything worse.
Overall, the customer service was rude, the workers were unexperienced, and the environment was uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to this location.

unfortunately, the food was small and subpar based on 100’s of times eating at various Chipotle locations. To top it off, the customer service was inflexible and lacking…they need new workers here.

Went here with 5 people 9:30pm out if everything
Had black beans , rice and old dried out meat.
No salsa Fresca no veggies no salad dressing etc asked if we could get gac instead , no!
Asked if we could get extra beans rice and meat due to being out if half the ingredients

I went in at 10:17 on the door it says open till 11 I just needed to use the restroom. Im in the same industry i still had my work close on and they said no. The door wasn’t locked and I can’t believe they didn’t let me just use the bathroom quick . It work in the same industry! It says open till 11. People don’t want to help out anyone

It's OK...food isn't the best. I usually get the chicken because when I get the steak, its just the gristle and parts you dont want..but the last cpl of times with the chicken I've been getting the bad parts too.

This location never fails to shorten me. I live very close by so this location is very convenient. Either the steak is hard as rocks or the steak is never ready to be cut in the back. Super poorly managed EXCEPT when there is this younger hispanic lady (whom i think is a manager) is working - she rocks. But whenever it’s someone else (which is most of the time i come in). It’s always a terrible experience. not to mention the portions aren’t great. I eat chipotle 3x a week and my goodness - this place sucks. Whoever runs the chipotle in mission valley should come and give these guys a workshop.

This chipotle location is horrible. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Chips are always so stale ! My chipotle bowls are always incorrect and have to contact customer service for further assistance. This location needs improvement really BAD!!
Horrible service which made my experience there absolutely horrible! The young man at the drive-up/thru said not one word to me other than asked the nem of the order. Shut the window immediately and went away. After checking and making sure my order was correct there was stuff missing. I had to pull the car in reverse to trigger the button so he can come back. Once he did I mentioned what was missing and still no word. Left to get my missing item, came back, handed to me, and shut the window immediately. 🤦🏻♀️ not a thank, sorry for the inconvenience and definitely not a bye. Will go to a different Chipotle from now on.

Went and they were out of almost everything, went again but ordered online and even paying for double protein there were literally 3 pieces of chicken in the burrito, tried again today and despite the sign that shows open at 10:30 the doors are still locked at 11:30. Go to a different location.

Showed up with my kids after school and waited for over 8 min before any employee said anything to us. I was first in the line and the employess were just hanging out and laughing. When I brought the issue to the manager, she just smiled at me and said nothing.
