Terrible customer service experience. There was no proper greeting just a blank stare. Employee put the wrong topping in the ice cream then proceeds to scrape it off throwing some of the other toppings away. Did not even add more of it and charged me double for the toppings. Do NOT come here..

Multiple staff members here will ask for your order instead of having one person do everything and not get confused. We’ve come to this location multiple times and they always get something wrong, but this particular time, my husband came in and asked for 4 “love it” sizes, one of which would be in a waffle bowl. They put all 4 in paper bowls, and put two of them on the smallest size bowl, and charged for 4 medium size bowls. They even put one of the smaller bowls into a medium size bowl which in why we didn’t notice sooner..

Great creamy ice cream!
The two persons (I believe young ladies, but wouldn't want to offend anyone not identifying as such) were amazing, composed, and fast. The line on a Sunday afternoon was out the door but they didn't flounder, panic, look rushed, or stressed...I applaud the two working today Nov 20, 22 at approx. 1630 hours. Amazing guest service skills and skill level.Thank you
Absolutely terrible management. An employee named Alan was using incredibly abusive language and being WILDLY misogynistic towards some of the employees that could be heard from the front of the store, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable to witness that as a customer. What a disgusting human being.

Absolutely amazing ice cream and cakes great for events and birthdays!!!! Customer service always fast and friendly. Owners are always making sure customers are happy also.
