The two persons (I believe young ladies, but wouldn't want to offend anyone not identifying as such) were amazing, composed, and fast. The line on a Sunday afternoon was out the door but they didn't flounder, panic, look rushed, or stressed...I applaud the two working today Nov 20, 22 at approx. 1630 hours. Amazing guest service skills and skill level.Thank you

Old ice cream cake and poor service for a Father's Day.... ? Purchased a recommended Oreo cake for father's day and was then told they are no longer writing on the cake. Come to find out, I see a cake posted with writing and the cake just didn't taste fresh at all. We've been going to this location for years, and sadly I will likely try another shop or business after the last couple of experiences.
