I love this place! Not only is it clean, but the staff is so friendly and acquainting. They deliver your food right to your table and pick up your plates when you’re done. The food is cooked to pure perfection. They offer a lovely range of refreshers, Olipop, Stubborn Soda flavors, and other flavored waters. I will definitely be back to eat, again!

I have eaten at Crafted Greens a few times, but today I felt the need to post my review, as the food and service at this restaurant are impeccable!
I spoke with Faris, and he was so kind! I have had the kale ceaser salad with grilled chicken and it's always perfect. The ceaser dressing is unmatched. The chicken is tasty and tender. I feel like I'm addicted to the salad at this point 😂
At this point, you will not be able to get rid of me- the food is just too good!

This rating is based on the customer service received at this restaurant. Placed order online when arrived we inquired on the food was told by the employee that they had given my food away to a wrong customer, while laughing. With no care in the world and no apology given, was just told to wait. 2 other customers waiting stated the same thing happen to them. When finally the food was given to me it was with attitude. Things happen I’m aware but employees should be coached on approaching clients respectfully. Horrible service!

We ate at Urban Plates for lunch and Crafted Greens for dinner. Similar menu items. Crafted Greens food tastes much better, is less expensive and the staff energy and customer service was much better, but Urban Plates has a much better restaurant environment. Love the outdoor dining room. Very comfortable and unique. Not a fan of the Crafted Green dining room. Very tight close quarters, and pretty loud. Chairs hurt and are in the walkway, but the bench is comfortable.

This has been our go to place for quite a while. The first time I had the made in house burger it was amazing. the owner chatted with us and explained the grind..top shelf..However the fact that they only cook it to medium well is problematic. you order a burger and three minutes later your burger is done. as a retired executive chef this is not possible with out precooking. every burger I have ordered since is well done with no juiciness left. a travesty of biblical proportions. A medium well burger will always have a slight pink to it. stop precooking!

Unfortunately my food was over 40 minutes late and seared tuna was very cold; I could not be found on the patio or coming in when I looked for my food. Ordinarily I do not post reviews but I was astonished by the manager/keyholder who was rude to the Cysco food deliverer for using the front door as opposed to the back, the same woman who asked for my forgiveness with no consolation. Disappointment to say the least for the high prices. Cashier gentleman was very nice however.

One of the best places to eat! They have excellent customer service and the good food alone would be enough.
I miss living near crafted greens, i would eat it any chance i got. It’s so healthy, clean, fresh, and delicious. The staff is really friendly and super attentive. I love the steak plate and the burger. Their soups are always worth a try. For the sides, I personally love the sweet potatoes and the brussel sprouts. It’s a little pricey, but it’s really worth it.
