If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I were craving Del Taco so we ordered our food. My husband has some allergies so we asked for his burger plain and he asked for his meal to be large. I ordered a large fry and two tacos. The lady in the drive through was very nice until I asked for the fries to be fresh. When we received our food and arrived home, the fries were nasty like undercooked, his burger had extra mayo and tomatoes and his fries were not even a large. They charged us for food my husband couldn't eat just because they didn't want to make fresh fries that weren't sitting out forever. I am so disappointed 😞

Excellent customer service today!! The young man was friendly and professional. This review is way overdue, but here we go. If you want hot fries THIS is the place to go. My favorite is the crunchy taco combo(no tomatoes)😉so good. The crew is the best I've experienced in drive thru. ALwAYS polite,and friendly. Today was the best, hot freshly made fries. Thank you!!

This place is always dirty. Never has sodas, gives only a few packets of hot sauce, gets order incorrect. This is the worst Del Taco ever and the only one close to me. A travesty because I like Del Taco. Not this store

This place has been providing some good service lately. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food was because the bean and cheese burritos were very skinny, and not at all what they normally serve. Other than that, it was fast, convenient, and thr drive thru took about 3 min with 2 cars in front of us.

Saw drive through worker take a picture of my card before they gave it back to me. Manager didn’t care. Card blocked and reported to police.
This place is trash. Full of teens who don’t care about their job, fries were still cold in the middle, burger wasn’t cooked fully. I got a double cheese burger and got 1 patty. Burger was cold. Every worker was just standing around in there phones. They were rude too. I don’t understand how this place stays open.

I got a cheddar quesadilla combo, the cheese wasn't melted. The french fries were cold and I witnessed him take a 2 L bottle of coat and pour it into a cup, I seriously want my $12 back.!! The sign says always fresh money back guaranteed. Please do better.!!

Afternoon staff was terrible. Do not go! I went inside only getting a fish taco meal and it took them 15 minutes to give me my food and they forgot I was there. The only reason they remembered I was because I thought my food was ready and it was someone else’s order that was ready. This was after already waiting 15 minutes . Then they said sorry they are making it now! The place was not even that busy and there were only about 2 people waiting inside and the drive thru was not busy as well. As I waited they proceeded to give the food to people that came in and ordered after me. They didn’t even at least offer anything extra to accommodate the wait or anything at least.

The was a huge water puddle inside near soda fountain. Paid for a large drink and there was only 2 options available because the sodas were empty and not replaced. Also my food order was wrong
