The Sunday Morning Crew is phenomenal. I forgot to complete my order on the Denny’s app. They helped me navigate the app to identify that I had not completed the transaction. Upon completion of my order they had my food ready in minutes. The food was delicious. This is not my first great experience at this location so I just had to share.

My family and I come to El Cajon every few months to visit the casinos and San Diego. We have been to this particular Denny's a few times. Everytime it has been a different experience, once it was pretty bad. We decided not to return, however, today I felt like giving them a chance lol. From the beginning as we walked in we were met by a friendly smile from Jimena. She was friendly, helpful, considerate and patient, as I had a party of 6 people. My group included two teenagers and senior person ( my mother). Jimena, took her time taking our order and made sure it came exactly as we each had ordered it. The food also tasted well cooked and seasoned. Jimena, checked in on us quite a few times and made sure we had all we needed. All in all our experience was great, and we will definitely keep coming back. Thank you Jimena for taking such good care of us.

Food does not look like the pictures. The service leaves wanting. It is safe to say that ALL Dennys needs revamp. I Loved Dennys growing up. I understand the economy is horrible, but maybe there is a way to go back to the standards of yesteryear.

Food was good, the waitress was nice but your app says kids eat free Tuesdays 4-10pm, we get there and are told you guys changed it to 3-8pm everyday now. So the free kids meal was not honored when we got there 9pm. I think you should change your app or announce it on a window or something if you’re changing something like that instead of people checking the app and thinking another thing..
