My family and I come to El Cajon every few months to visit the casinos and San Diego. We have been to this particular Denny's a few times. Everytime it has been a different experience, once it was pretty bad. We decided not to return, however, today I felt like giving them a chance lol. From the beginning as we walked in we were met by a friendly smile from Jimena. She was friendly, helpful, considerate and patient, as I had a party of 6 people. My group included two teenagers...

Food does not look like the pictures. The service leaves wanting. It is safe to say that ALL Dennys needs revamp. I Loved Dennys growing up. I understand the economy is horrible, but maybe there is a way to go back to the standards of yesteryear.

I forgot to complete my order on the Denny’s app. They helped me navigate the app to identify that I had not completed the transaction. Upon completion of my order they had my food ready in minutes. The food was delicious. This is not my first great experience at this location so I just had to share.
