So ordered online first mistake did not read the reviews 3.7 average second mistake should of stayed with my pizza place i like but Domino's had a deal and a good one the pizza is disgusting ordered jalepeno got like 6slices for the whole pizza and all the pineapple on 1 slice with a scattered few sauce very over spiced pizza greasy and dry and doughy quality at the same time dont know how thats possible the quality check is a joke delivery tracker is a good tool cuz they almost delivered my pizza to a different home I had to call (i was hangry) the restaurant because it said my delivery is complete finally got my pizza and it was disappointing.. and yes we ate it cuz it was dinner

I was placed on hold for an agonizing 11 minutes today, only to have the call disconnected without any resolution. The frustrating part is that I only needed a simple yes or no answer to my question. It’s disheartening to think about how a brief moment of attention could have saved us both a lot of time.

Despite us being a 5-6 minute drive from the store, the pizza and tots were no longer hot by the time they got to my place. The pizza had a hint of sauce on it and the tot cheese was burnt. I called to complain cause I was hungry and disappointed, but the man on the phone explained he made the pizza and remembered putting on sauce. Left pics below to show how sad it was. RIP sauce😂😂 He offered a free pizza but tbh, my boyfriend and I don’t want to claim it because we don’t want to eat there again. Would’ve rather been offered a refund.

I called in & inquired about the mix & match $7.99 for 2 medium pizzas , I was connected directly to the dominos pizza establishment not the call center! This was 10/23/2024 at 6:55pm , the guy who answered the line was not aware of the deals I then drove to the establishment and ask for a manager, manager was a lady , I asked her about the mix & match promotion and again my question is not being answered , by a manager! Who ever this lady is , she is caucasian American , she don’t need to manage anyone establishment! She is rude , very short in answers and she ignore me when I asked a question! She told me her cashier is doing a good job and I informed her I never said he wasn’t doing a good job, but he don’t know answers he should ask not tell Customers he don’t know!! That’s not good customer service & customers determine good or bad customer service! No one has on name tags so not sure if her name but she is a manager and she is not customer friendly!!! Tonight horrible customer service. I had to stand inside to make sure my food okay!! My boys wanted pizza I come to dominos and get treated like I was asking to much because I inquired about mix & match!! Just grabbing pizza for my boys and I felt ignored and frowned upon because I asked about mix & match promotion! Later found out manager name is Melissa! Horrible manager!! The man working the cook and making the pizza was very nice answered my question and assured me my pizzas was coming up! The man in back that was actually making pizza this evening was the only one with sense Jacob was awesome!! I did not get garlic butter on my crust.

This is a pizza that was delivered by Uber Eats from the Dominos on Washington. When we mistakingly called the store for a replacement, we were given a big hassle from the manager, Milissa about replacing it. After a second attempt at talking to her to get this resolved, there was still not a resolution to the issue. We were told it would be over an hour to get us another because of all the other orders in front of us. I think there were many ways to handle this, and she chose to defend a lousy product, blame Uber for the pizza and the substandard food. If this is the quality they produce and the attitude they have towards customers, I would certainly not recommend ordering from them.

This place has been going downhill for awhile, but now there’s been this new kid, Sergio, there that actually knows what he’s doing. He knows how to make pizzas and interact with people. Not sure why they don’t have him there more. Changed my 1 star review because of his service.

I don't believe you can dine here. So if you're looking to either pick up or have your order delivered, it's a decent spot. Be cautious though as I've heard of a robbery that's taken place there.
