I wish there was a word negative enough to describe the customer service. Had an UberEats order and didnt have the ability to change the sauce on my 1 medium pizza so I simply called the location to tell them. The "manager" gave me the worst excuse as to why she couldnt simply put the sauce that I wanted when she replied "well you have to call Uber because I cant do that." Took her about another 45 seconds to come up with an even worse excuse stating "I cant just put the sauce on the pizza because it will throw off my inventory in the system." As a restaurant owner myself this is an incredibly lousy and lazy excuse. I understand most of the staff are kids under the age of 21, but if they do not want to be there simply dont work there.

Are you kidding me? Made a takeout order online for two pizzas. This terrible place not only did not cut my pizza and left it completely whole so I had to cut it myself later they squished all the toppings into the center of the pizza and made the edges all dry and didn't add the extra cheese that I had ordered. If I can give less than a one-star for this place I would these guys are pathetic and management really should be taken over at this place cuz it clearly is not working. If I was the owner of this place I would fire the manager and hire all new workers.

I went there to order. Once I went inside the store the stores aEmployees were around a lady with a dog and one of the stores Employee was holding the dog in her lab and petting it. I have no problem against animals but then the lady left and the Employee went to the register and then went inside the kitchen where the had the pizza without washing her hands and I didn't see an other employee going to wash thier hands they just went back to thier job. I love dogs but I don't want some dog hair and germs near the food I am about to eat especially since I don't know if the dog is clean or not. So I just left and didn't get anything. I just want the store owner to know and maybe discipline the Employees because they are touching other people's food and should be careful what they touch. What if someone is allergic to dogs??

PSA: if you love pizza…. And love hair then this is the place is for you! Have a appetite for a two a in one special this is it. Buy a pizza and get the hair free. I will honestly never come back to this dominos ever again. They don’t wear hairnets while making your food. Especially the workers with long hair but don’t worry they wear “hats” and “visors”. Please save your money and time if you don’t want hair in your food. DON’T GO TO THIS ONE!!! I REPEAT DON’T GO TO THIS ONE. Let’s see if I get an automated apology on here or a real person from corporate. Stay tuned for part two.

Dominos pizza is great but the costumer service is trash. McKayla brought out our order for curb side and she did not say anything at all to us when we repeatedly said thank you she just shoved the food in the car and walked away. Terrible costumer service, would rather go somewhere else with worse food and better costumer service.

Worst ever!!!!!!!! Horrible service!!!! Pizza NEVER came even Close to being delivered!! The apparent "general manager" SAMANTHA IS totally unprofessional and Rude. All someone want so the truth and their pizza- not hard. Went over the line in her rudeness and to top it off- hung up on me! DO NOT ORDER-FROM HERE! You won't get your food and they DON'T CARE about people!

Second time our pizza has arrived in the past year not cut. Today I spoke to Jennifer who identified herself as the manager. Jennifer insisted that she cut the pizza. I advised that I would show her that she did not. Jennifer then blamed the driver for not cutting the pizza and went on to say it's busy she may have not cut it. Pretty sad when the manager blames her employees and give zero care about the product her customers are receiving. Dark personality, with no integrity. Store owner or franchise should consider a replacement.

Every time I order through the app, the staff stops the 2 minute carside delivery timer long before bringing out my order. This has happened on multiple occasions. The food is always good but the service needs a lot of improvement. Very disappointed.
