B*E*W*A*R*E ‼️‼️‼️The lady that took my order was very nice! Went downhill from there…. I was given the wrong food. Didn’t realize until I got up to my room, undressed, and washed up to eat. So that in and of itself made me extremely frustrated. If you are familiar with this Casino/Resort you will know the rooms aren’t super close to this eatery. It’s a 20 min commute round trip. Upon returning the food I was then given the food that was prepared for me over 30 minutes prior (in which they lied to me and said this was a newly made order; of course I knew it was not but I didn’t want to be the angry black woman I would’ve been had I politely insisted on having fresh food, so I took it SADLY). If you are melanin rich please either steer clear of this place, or check your food prior to walking away! They have thee absolute worst customer service and a dismissive type of attitude! Oh and FYI the fries and wings were horrible (as these are foods that need to be eaten while fresh) Double Cheeseburger was awesome (I hate to admit ? but would never give a false review)

The worst carne asada burrito I've ever had. Seriously thought someone was playing a joke and swapped with dog chow. I couldn't finish. It was bad. Service, however, was excellent.

My mom ordered the "grab and go" ham and cheese sandwich. The bread was not fresh, almost like it had been heated and dried out, there was SO much mayo, only on one side of bread. The hugh piece of lettuce was brown and wilted, again, like it had been heated. I ordered the $17 turkey and swiss on rye. My bread was also stale from being heated (??) The only good thing about mine, was the turkey was good. Needless to say, we didn't eat just a few bites. I instantly got a bad stomachache and had diarrhea until today. Yes we should have taken them back, but the line was long and my mom was done. We will not be eating or recommending this place. Extremely high priced for the lack of quality!

Arrived on a Wednesday for $5 Bingo, I want to say the play started at 2pm… and since I skipped lunch, I needed a snack before dinner. The Bingo Hall offers food from Double Down Grill next door. I decided to share a cheeseburger, add fries with my partner. The burger was damn delicious, the brioche bun was so soft and the fries crispy and hot, just how I like them. It was like $16 altogether with tip! So worth it, give them a try!

We only got muffins here, which were very good, but we did not have any other meal here because there are usually long lines and then you have to stand and wait for your food. When you do get your food there is no where to sit to eat it, they do have several standing only tables around the corner near the railing where you can eat standing up. No thank you. If you want to get something to go and bring it to your room that is good but please note it is a long walk from Double Down Grill to the hotel tower.

Foods good, (non-alcoholic) drinks are free, so that's cool. Kimda thing you take back to your room to enjoy on a late night
