The facility is wonderful, with lots of tables to choose from and live rockin' dance music on Sunday. Street parking is available closeby. The service was terrible. I entered at noon, and after waving at the rare waitress, received a menu 30 minutes later. My order was taken after another 30 minutes. When my order finally arrived, I looked at my watch - it was 1:47pm. I ordered a half tuna sandwich w/onion soup, and a bottle of merlot to share with friends. I received a half turkey sandwich, and bottle of cab. Decided not to ask for order to be corrected, to avoid another huge delay. More waitstaff are needed for this large estaablishment.

Worst service ever. How do you have a band playing and have maybe 3 people working including the bartender. There should have been a lot more staff at the restaurant. I ordered food and finally an hour later I told them just to forget my order and apparently someone else got my order. No one tried to rectify it and didn't even try to see if I needed anything else. The other person at my table finally got their food and it was cold. Couldn't get a drink. Had to go to the bar. Im not one usually to do reviews but this was probably the worst place I've been to in a long time.

We spent the night at the Courtyard hotel and, while parking the car, noticed a sign on the side of a nearby building that said something about a bar and grill. We decided to walk over and check it out, although we weren’t wanting bar food very bad. The complete menu didn’t reflect a lot of bar food and we ordered Mahi Mahi. It was wonderful. The waiter was personable and informative about El Cajon. Should we ever pass through El Cajon again, we’d definitely go back.

Atmosphere, food and entertainment are good. Could be a five if they had more help. Service is slow to none existent, I am not slamming the servers they are great. But they do not have enough servers. We come here 2 to 3 times a month for the food and entertainment. Always have to wait and always have to chase down someone to get porper service.
