It was all right. Overpriced, and they gave me flour tortillas rather than the corn I asked for, plus the broccoli needed some seasoning! Chicken & potatoes were great though the pieces were small for what they charge. Salsa was fresh, spicy too. Not sure if I'll ever return (it was my first time giving them a try after living in the area for over a year).

The lady got my order wrong. I ended up having to yell really loud to be able to have her hear me on the drive-through and when I got home, I usually love the chicken, but the chicken was super dried out was not good at all so I was very disappointed.

Came here on November 14th around 11:30. Asked for the chipotle chicken quesadilla meal with the chipotle on the side and 1 crunchy chicken taco. Paid almost $20...pretty sure they changed me for 2 tacos. Other than that my quesadilla had A PINCH of cheese. He handed me my bag with chipotle sauce all over the handles and bag & all over my reciept. My tiny quac that came with it was half way Full. What a joke. For $20...I'll add photos of my quesadilla

My order is almost always wrong. I understand difficulties in fast food. Even if they give me the wrong food, or they go brain dead when i order more than one thing.. I'll let it go and pay for less than what i got and eat it. But dang. i don't even wanna come to this pollo loco cause i know I'll be disappointed or I'll have to take a part time job just to take my order. Management isn't doing their job.

Have been here twice and both times they have messed up our order. Ordered this evening and they forgot a chicken thigh we ordered, gave us a bowl we didn’t order, and the churros we got are rock hard. I don’t know if we’ve just happen to come during off times but I don’t think we’ll be back

I have never even been here, I was just looking online for a clean Polo Loco and surprisingly the very first review said that it is clean here. I looked for more reviews that mentioned “clean” but I didn’t see any as if cleanliness is not important to many people. O well we will see! Stay clean people

Always missing my order and they have bad attitude with the customer A month ago i order online order and send my husband to pickup drive 20 minutes to this location. And they gave him wrong order, i have to call them and they make me to go back again take my right order I didn’t even want anything for free all my questions is. When you missed up the order you don’t realize that you have wrong order you just gave to customer at least call them apologize. They wait for us to call them Today May 25 2025 my order for the second time missed up again They forgot my Guacamole so i called again they want me to go back again. Why seriously why i have to drive back again and i have my friends at the house want to eat Its not nice that the manager responded to me i will give you a large Guacamole Very bad service, I don’t recommend this place at all
