The two ladies working the front noticed my wife's hospital sticker attached to her shirt and went above and beyond to make sure the large order we had was had everything we needed for the ground we were hosting. It was a beautiful thing they did that cost them nothing and It goes such a long way.

Update: El Pollo loco reached out to me and invited me back to make things right.. I got a personal call from Norma the manager of that location.. Norma truly cares and is passionate about the customer experience.

What I did learn is it never was the restaurants fault. The problem is with corporate, the chickens they order are very small and doesn't competitively compete with other establishments. Overpriced for what you get.

$18 dollars and some change is what I paid for two crunchy tacos and a two-piece dinner plate... I feel I was cheated and robbed. The wing was the size of a salsa container and I was given a core from the lettuce in my salad.. I now know why nobody talks about El Pollo loco and I can get so much more for my $18 and some change somewhere else

I purchased a Mixed 8 piece family meal with flour tortillas. When I returned home, I realized that I was not given flour tortillas. I returned, explained the issue, ordered four Churros and the women taking orders immediately fixed it. There was no dispute. I was given extra flour tortillas and comped 2 Churros. I'm very pleased. It is not often that I write reviews like this-that says it all. You guys need to hold onto her, and please let her know how great of a job she did

It was late. It was ok. I've had better flavorful, juicier at other locations in Arizona and it wasn't late night. Went to drive thru ordered 8 pc chicken only thigh and legs with tortillas and small side of rice. spent about $24 can't attest to a few question because I went through drive through after 9pm

Ordered three pieces of chicken legs for two days in a row they’ve been putting the chicken in a paper bag for the oil is leaking through the paper bag. Very not cool.
