OK, so you know How like when you make guacamole and if you leave it out for too long, the avocado turns brown and spoils really fast? Every time I go to this specific, El Pollo Loco location on broadway election , the avocadohot guac salsa Tastes spoiled. It’s almost like they are too lazy to make fresh avocado guac salsa every day.

If I was able to leave a one star review, I would. They are so unprofessional & dirty. I just got my food like 15 mins ago .My food was pretty much raw and cold. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning. But the shrimps were not cooked at all they were just thrown in my salad, which is gross. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Then I called to complain about it and they acted like they didn’t hear me .I don’t know if it’s because they have new owners or what but it’s just disgusting how they did not cook the shrimp and not mindful of how someone could get sick from it .DO NOT EAT HERE
