Today Eleazar Catering hit it out of the park! They came up to a private ranch in Julian to cater lunch for a bunch of hungry cowboys and cowgirls. While while we were all out riding, they smoked tri-tip and whole chickens, made a red chimmichuri sauce that was out of this world and 2-die-4 Tequila shrimp! They also served several sides, including delicious baked beans, yummy Yukon potatoes with roasted garlic, amazing asparagus with corn off the cob, a perfect pasta salad plus...

I come across their kiosk every Wednesday at the Bonita-Sunnyside Branch city library parking lot, where there's a gathering of numerous businesses, mostly food venues. Every Wednesday, I venture to try the various food options, and Eleazar is by far the best value. Eleazar served a Bulgogi Burger that got me wishing I tried them the first time I started routinely visiting this event. At $10, the burger was delicious and very good. I haven't found a Bulgogi Burger...
