The place was nice but the bartenders were prejudice and ignored me in favor of other clients.

Delicious highly recommended ?
Oysters and Pool View
Overpriced sushi you get more rice then anything else. Service takes forever short staff ?
The food at Elicit is fantastic. We had $1 oysters which were amazing, and two sushi rolls that really were top-notch. However, the food is the only good thing about this restaurant. The past two times I have been here, the service has been very poor. There is a long wait for everything from menus to water. The servers are not knowledgeable about the menu and not friendly. There are dirty tables, bottles of sanitizer, and wet rags everywhere. The restaurant itself needs repairs. I won't be returning.
The all you can eat was okay. I had the spicy tuna which was delicious, the California roll was nothing special bland, tempura shrimp was good. I would say the chives are mediocre nothing great. I made a reservation for one and I was so close the the bathroom is was more embarrassing and uncomfortable. Tables are so small and very low. Very limited selection. Don't have high expectations!
Went to their 25 per person all u can eat sushi. Only allowed 2 rolls per person. Selection is great. Only set back is when order more rolls, they take a long time. Recommend to be there for at least an hour
Took myself to Sycuan Resort on a staycation and wanted to treat myself to a nice solo dinner. Had the seasoned edamame, veggie bao buns that were incredible, and two virgin margaritas (non-drinker). Sushi is all you can eat on Thursdays! Inside is very upscale but patio seating overlooking the pool and dehesa valley is my preference. Better service than I expected as well… very pleased.
Not staffed properly, waited 30 minutes before our drinks showed up (after my Wife had to remind the waitress to remind the bartender). Food finally arrived, but had to be brought to us by the Manager and he had to go back for needed condiments. Have eaten here many times before and the staffing/service was tolerable because a concert was not scheduled, but on a night when extra business is expected they should plan accordingly. Using that fake pandemic as an excuse has gotten old.
The place is not a great option if you're looking to spend money on a good meal. The sushi rolls are thick with rice to make patrons not order more than two rolls. The service was not very good. I felt hassled to get out of the restaurant as I sat down. The sushi bar is not really a sushi bar with few seats available. I'd recommend any other place at Sycuan.

Service is slow. Other than that, staffs are friendly, quick, courteous, polite and beautiful. Food is delicious. Ambiance is classy and outdoor seating is great . Thumbs up ??
The food was awesome. I was a bit disappointed the floor wasn't swept at my table. I told the hostess about the dirty floor & she said "usually the floor is cleaned at night". I would go back but they need to try harder.
It was a nice seating area. Very calm and the servers were very polite but the only thing that I strongly disliked and that might stop me from coming here again was the wait time. We waited two hours to eat only 6 rolls of sushi on Thursday where it should be unlimited sushi for $25. Very disappointed. They should hire more sushi chefs.
My husband and I have been waiting to go for a real long time. Finally got to go on his birthday. We made reservations about 3 weeks in advance ti make sure we didn't miss on our stay at Sycuan. When we got there I thought tables were too low for soup maybe for sushi it wouldn't matter. They asked if we had reservations. She sat us down it did have a lounge feel to it. We order the shrimp tampura(was so damn good) and 2 drinks. She came back to take our dinner order. As I ordered Miso Ramen she tells me they dont have any items from that section soup noodles rice. My husband was disappointed becsuse he wanted pork roast yakisoba. So we decided to pay and go eat ellewhere. Waitress did apologize and brought my husband a cheesecake for his bday. Just 3 items was over 60. Wish they would of told us before we sat down or ordered. Honestly dont think we will go back.
The sushi is terrible. No flavor whatsoever. No give soy sauce, ginger or wasabi unless asked for. The quality and flavor were awful and the wait for each roll was long. Do not eat here.
