Moved to east county over a year ago and I was looking for a handmade small business pizza spot. Didn’t want anything like the big corporate pizzas. I called the shop, spoke with the owner and originally told me he could make 2 pizzas in 20 min. I was in a rush to open my shop, which was 30 min away, I told him this and he said he would get it done asap! I arrived in 10 min, he was taking out the 2nd pizza out of the oven! He said, never did I make a pizza so fast and so good! Indeed it was good! Everyone at my barbershop LOVED it! Definitely will be bringing my family next time. Thank you Franco!
This pizza place is mine and my husband’s new GO-TO spot. The owner is always so nice and the BBQ wings are the best!!!!! It’s rare to see an owner of a place work basically every day in his own shop. I applaud him!

Love and appreciate that they can veganize many menu items! Thanks for having vegan options, especially in El Cajon where vegan options aren’t abundant. Would love if they added vegan sausage and pepperoni to the menu.
Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese! Wish they had vegan meats - I hope they will add vegan sausage and pepperoni to the menu.
Dietary restrictions: They offer vegan cheese and both the regular crust and deep dish can be vegan.

Great find in a neighborhood without a lot of vegan options. Regular crust and deep dish can be vegan with vegan cheese. Cheesy bread can also be vegan, as well as the salads (request no cheese or croutons).
