Accidentally ordered a takeout here instead of my usual Gold Coast Bagel. I figured I’d just try it - why not? Definitely regret that. My usual lox bagel that I love was not good there. The bagel itself didn’t have the yummy bagel taste, cream cheese was sparse and they used lettuce on it for some reason. It was a weird combo. It satisfied my hunger but was mediocre. Won’t make that mistake again!

- I arrived at this place on a Sunday around 10:00 a.m., there were approximately 10 diners.
- I ordered a bagel made with jalapeno stuffed with salmon and another with onion with salmon and egg. They both tasted good.
- It's a family place.
- Suitable for children.
- They have covered indoor and outdoor tables.
- Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash.
- If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of medium difficulty.
- The place was visibly clean.
- The attention was good.
- The service was fast.
- It is located within a plaza. Parking is in it. It's big and free.

Ordered a Golden scramble with bacon on a jalapeño bagel with sharp cheddar, was fresh and delicious. Customer service was great, definitely a hit would highly recommend!

Definitely several changes made over the past year with the new owner. IMHO changes were made without customer satisfaction in mind. No longer carry pita/flat bread for sandwiches. Only offer 1 veggie sandwich. Vegan I and Vegan 2 are no longer on the menu. Due to being served on a bagel, serving size is smaller; yet prices are higher. Oh , and how can you not have pickles when you're serving sandwiches? Atmosphere is sterile, no longer warm and inviting. Ordered lunch at 1230, limited bagel selection. On a positive note, employees pleasant and the ingredients tasted fresh

Extremely overpriced menu and coffee is watered down. Simply not worth the time and atmosphere/staff was not enjoyable. Save your money, better off going somewhere else.

I am so happy I took a chance on this place. The options were great. I got the Lox bagel and it was delicious! Smoothie choices were unexpected but they each sounded delicious. Staff was so kind and patient with me as I was ordering.

The bagels here are bomb, but the owner needs to fix the ventilation and start running the AC. As a customer it’s uncomfortable being in this establishment, I could only imagine what it’s like for the workers to be in here all day. Also some music might be a nice touch.
