Today I'm giving them a 1 star. I stood at the register for about a minute no one assisted me so I walked over to the employee by the grill. She said let me finish sweeping. This may not seem like a big deal but when you only have 30 minutes for your lunch it makes a difference. A lot of the toppings were not available today, I asked also for more tofu since my usual choices were not available. Her response was there is some in there and rolled her eyes. Lastly, she barely put any noodles on my plate!

The black dried stuff from the grill was all over our noodles. I dont know if that's safe or not but I was highly disappointed.Also 17dlls for noodles is over priced.

This is way over priced! The kitchen practices are unsanitary. Everyone reaching in to grab the meat and vegetables. The area that it is cooked on isn't cleaned or wiped after each meal is cooked. I didn't ask for oyster sauce and my food literally tasted like the previous customers order. If I had a food allergy, I would be in serious trouble. 2 stars for the staff because they were polite.

I've heard nothing but good things about this place so I came by today while I was at parkway mall. I really like the fact that you get to create your own bowl by choosing your own portions. There was a variety of meats and veggies to choose from to load in your bowl. Highly recommend.

Amazing... as much as you can fit into the bowl is what you get... so they those architecture skills to get more bang for your buck!!!! So delicious too and it's freshly prepared for ya.... No heat lamps!!! (Pic is pre cooked... again, architecture skills need t be on point, channel your inner Ted Mosby!)

Got home and my food was uncooked, it's a shame I won't be coming here again. The manager "Sharon" was rude and refused to do anything about since I didn't call the day of. However I tried to call but there is no number listed on yelp or maps.
My favorite!!!! I always saw this place but never even thought to try it until my friend convinced me that she really liked this place. You get a bowl and fill it up with the ingredients you want. I try to pack as much meat as I can to get my $9-10 dollars worth lol. Then they ask what sauces you want which, I just say all of the sauces (trust me it tastes good like that, you have to try it). I usually get noodles but you can get rice to and they cook it up and it comes out nice and hot. Although the meat is frozen it still taste good not tough, super flavorful, and lots of ingredients and vegetables to pick from. Don't over look this place!

Customer services needs an overall completely. Customer came asking for something they do not sell and in turn, sold them something that wasn't asked for.

This place is beyond GROSS!!!!! Went there tonight for dinner and there was another customer in front of us who used her dirty HANDS to take the meat out and stuff it into her bowl. All of this was going on while the staff WATCHED and NEVER said a thing. She continued down the line using her hands that just touched the UNCOOKED meat to get into all of the veggies. It was DISGUSTING! I asked a staff member to replace some of the items that the customer had her hands in and she replied . . . " I don't see the big deal it happens all the time." I said I don't care I wanted food that wasn't touched by dirty meat hands!! She got a total attitude and went to the back to get "fresh" veggies. She slams the bowl down in front of me and said "there are your CLEAN vegetables" and she rolled her eyes and then mixed the new "clean veggies" back into the dirty ones?! Someone is going to end up getting sick by eating there. The LACK of caring staff and customer service has made it to where I will NEVER go back!! Just beware if you go there!!

Giving this place one star is overated. I went here tonight and paid $10 for their s***** food that tasted like cardboard. I called the manager after I got home because I got my food to go and I was told that I had to come back and bring the food to them if I wanted a refund. Who says that? Bottom line, don't waste your time eating here!
