Service is great and coffee is fine. The employees are kind and helpful. The issue here is there is a guy here behind the counter frequently, probably the manager or owner, who is loudly scolding the staff for all to hear. One example: "you guys keep doing what YOU need to do but not what needs to be done!" Performance conversations should happen in private with employees, you don't publicly humiliate them. It makes for a bad atmosphere for all and isn't effective...
Very tasty. Good price for the amount of food you get. I had the mock sirloin. Very food great texture there was enough to feed 2. Great vegetarian food. We will be going back soon.
