Drove by this place dozens of times and never thought anything. I then came across great reviews online from a san diego food page so decided to try it out. Ordered a small “works” which comes with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, and onions. Picked up the pizza and drove under 10 mins to get home. The pizza was hot and fresh with tons of flavor. I really didn’t need to use the cheese and peppers that I received on the side as every bite burst with flavor. The dough has great taste and a nice crunch. Sauce and all ingredients used hit the mark. I will recommend and also be back to try a different pizza!!
Shocked in total disbelief upon walking in an sittng at a table.The owner a huge women,manager,was scum filthy/dirty beyond imagination and the ask did you need menu and her odor, and loud crude mouth left me thinking this cant be for real.She says go to counter and put order in, and I was sketch A half hour later they bring be disguisting and small slices for $11.95/with drink. I took one bite and ask for the manager...Just wait a minute buster Im busy. I told her the pizza was garbage and her filthy and body odor I had to leave and wanted a refund..It went right in the garbage. The Board of health needs to check their customers because Ive seen street folks cleaner than this slob with garbage food. Run quick to any other place.

Best pizza in town! I only wish there was a technique that allowed me to take a bite without their generous cheese and topping to slide off. Not a complaint. I need to wait until I get home and use a knife and fork, but I just CANT WAIT! So great.

We were in the area to pick up a dirt bike, decided on eating before taking the 2 1/2 Hour drive home. And let me tell you I’m glad we did! Italia pizza is one of the best we’ve ever had! And we’ve had a lot pizza. It was crispy and chewy! Loaded with cheese and toppings and just plain delicious. We will always take the extra time to stop at this hidden gem. Their homemade food and love they put into their food really shows!
