Staff was nice and welcomed me in. Ordered from the kiosk. Got my food fairly quickly. Bathroom was clean and so was the dinning area. Food was good. Plenty of parking.

if i could put 0 stars for everything i would. Worst customer service out of every place i’ve ate in my life i’ve been to so many terrible customer service jack in the boxes but this lady was beyond that. Lady is THE RUDEST girl I’ve ever met. She had no tag name on her. Mexican late 20s early 30s old lady.

Edit: Upon reading other reviews, this is not an uncommon issue here. Soooo fix it. Stop telling people that you don’t want to make us wait and, i dunno, stop making us wait. And (this is specifically for the owner) don’t yell at the employees bc you refuse to adequately staff your store.

I don't know why, but this is the slowest Jack in the Box in the neighborhood. I've been here 4 or 5 times, never more than 3-4 cars in drive thru, no on inside, and still 15-20 min waiting. Cars in front of us were just getting a bag or two of food, so its not that. I mean, I had enough time to get annoyed and decide to write this review, then I wrote the review while waiting. Even to order, waiting at the speaker box took me talking to 3 different employees and waiting 4 min just to order a soda and be on my way. Would have been faster to drive to any other jack in the box and come back. I recommend corporate look into what's wrong with tbis franchise.

I was there at 2:10am and 3 cars in front of me the cashier guy is very slow .. 🐌 I receive my food at 2:35 .. he spend 7 or 10 minutes in each car.. i would no come back again...

If you dine in, the employees have been ordered by management to NOT take your order.

EVEN if you ask... the manager was super nice, but she was told customers have to use a kiosk that..

provides ZERO ADA visual impaired help for the blind....

I will be filing a formal complaint with ADA.gov

Jack in the Box sadly has now decided that profit and automation is more important than workers and customers

This will be my last trip to Jack In The Box ever until they fix this

what a colossal waste of time your link was..

I followed your prompts, and at no point did it make any effort to actually contact me, nor is your system set up that way..

It is obvious you only replied to my post to have some plausible deniability of the system that you have set up

Once again, until you fix your system, I will no longer spend a dime at Jack In The Box.. and I encourage anybody who reads this to do the same until Jack in the Box sets their priorities straight

Came here late at night and line was sooo long we waited 45 minutes from start to end.

I’m not sure if maybe what people were ordering was too much or something but it was insane. We saw 4 workers in there when it was our turn.

Very frustrating experience and they didn’t have what we wanted either

I have never had this bad of an experience in my life, I just waited 35 mins for four cars to order in front of me just to receive cold food, and no receipt. The worst service no apology, nothing and I would’ve left if three cars weren’t behind me, I reach my hand into the bag as soon as I leave and everything is cold, everything. Pathetic, wish I could get my money back.

Stinks like homeless people. Service is terrible, they dont help, and idiots who dont know how to use the kiosk take 20 minutes to just fing order. Low staff. NO DRINKS AVAILABLE IN PUBLIC SODA FOUNTAIN.
