It is obvious you only replied to my post to have some plausible deniability of the system that you have set up
Once again, until you fix your system, I will no longer spend a dime at Jack In The Box.. and I encourage anybody who reads this to do the same until Jack in the Box sets their priorities straight

Came here late at night and line was sooo long we waited 45 minutes from start to end.
I’m not sure if maybe what people were ordering was too much or something but it was insane. We saw 4 workers in there when it was our turn.
Very frustrating experience and they didn’t have what we wanted either

I have never had this bad of an experience in my life, I just waited 35 mins for four cars to order in front of me just to receive cold food, and no receipt. The worst service no apology, nothing and I would’ve left if three cars weren’t behind me, I reach my hand into the bag as soon as I leave and everything is cold, everything. Pathetic, wish I could get my money back.

I love this place, I can never go wrong with this jack in the box specifically, there’s a specific worker that I definitely want to get credit for all her hard work and commitment to making Jack in the box the best fast food to eat, and her name is Haslitt. I’ve gone in many of times to eat with bad energy and she definitely lifts up my spirits when I feel down. She’s a hard worker and defines responsible and committed, love love love it here 10/10

Jack in the Box is a solid spot when you're looking for quick, satisfying food with lots of variety. The burgers, tacos, and breakfast items always hit the spot, and there’s something for everyone on the menu.
What really makes this location stand out is the staff, they’re friendly, fast, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right and making sure you're happy. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, even at the drive-thru. In the morning.
Consistent food, great service, and employees who take pride in their work, that’s why I keep coming back!
I pull in to jack in the box since this is the only thing open that I wanted and I hear nothing. Im sitting there waiting but see no one in side and no movement. I waited maybe 5minutes and pulled by the windows and no one was there. Once I got parking lot after the window the employee is in at their car. Nothing posted about a break that I could see. Not even a wave to let me know hey I'll be back in this amount of time if you want to wait. Hopefully I'll have better luck at the jack in the box closer to my job

Came here at 1:30AM Feb 8th. I waited 20 mins, only 3 cars in line. The Mexican lady with the name of “Josephi” had an attitude, got my order wrong, didn’t give me a straw for my drink and I asked for a lot of hot sauce, She gave me 2 sauces. Never had any issues with the other employee. She doesn’t even say hi or repeat the order to you at the window.
I’ll be sticking to your neighbor in and out. At least they give me extra sauces when I ask!

Admittedly, in brief, this specific Jack In The Box location of the el cajon area is by far inadequate & one of the least recommended "dine-in" food place(s) to accompany or even spend hard earned money on such food. Have eaten there numerous times with friends & relatives. Very poor customer service, low quality food presently, lobby cleaning. (Not Swept nor mopped) seem rather neglected. Walls & floors are commonly dirty. The stench of smoke homelessness lingers throughout, as well as bad restroom quality. Their location is usually understaffed. Little To No Star Ranking in my overall opinion.. -Johnson

Ordering the food, and looking for a table we observed that every single table was dirty. We proceed to go ask the cashier, "Do you have anything to clean the tables?" So the cashier proceeds to hand us a few napkins and a cup. Afterwards we ask, "Instead of having us clean your tables can you go do them as it is apart of your job?" Which he proceeds to clean shortly after. After spending 50 dollars on food, there should at the very least clean tables. To add on, the ice at the soda machine was shooting out infront of where the ice SHOULD be coming out. After 15 minutes of waiting for our food, we eventually get it. Finally being able to eat some food after the difficulties we just experienced. It was cold, everything on that table had been atleast sitting there for 30 minutes, not fresh whatsoever. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this Jack in the Box.
