Losing a customer forever! Your app doesn't work. 40% of the time I come to Jack in The box, your app has a problem. Not only is it the slowest app on the planet. It hardly ever lets me order my meal. I'll bet if you guys did a study, you're losing thousands of dollars from people who cannot order from your app because it doesn't work! One time I had a problem and I didn't go to Jack in The box for over a year. Well now I'm fed up with you guys forever. This is my last visit to Jack in the box.

It's so sad that I try to give good reviews on this jack and still always messed on my orders they don't do my order right and always charge me for my items and they never put them i pay for xtras never do good the cashier always rude th3 cashier with pink hair she's so rude and alwaysnin a bad mood never give me condiments she's never polite or say thank you

Ive lived nearby for many years, and this is consistently the worst jack in the box i have ever been to. I thought I would stop by just to get an oreo shake this time, and they cant even do that right.

Me and my sister went through the drive through and after receiving our order she realized they didn't give her back her card. Frantically she went back inside the store to get it back and the staff member just gave it back without apologizing. The least they could have done is apologized for keeping her card.

Don't know if this is standard for their tacos, or if these have been sitting in a puddle of oil for too long. $1 for 2 tacos when ordering through the app is a price that can't be beat, so I'm not upset.
Coke freestyle machines keep me coming back. They never seem to skimp on syrup, so it's always flavorful. Try the lime coke if you haven't already.
