My food here made me sick, and this was after they messed up my order the first time, customer service was non-existent. They fixed my issue but spending 30 minutes at Jacks for two small burgers isn't really fast food.

Losing a customer forever! Your app doesn't work. 40% of the time I come to Jack in The box, your app has a problem. Not only is it the slowest app on the planet. It hardly ever lets me order my meal. I'll bet if you guys did a study, you're losing thousands of dollars from people who cannot order from your app because it doesn't work! One time I had a problem and I didn't go to Jack in The box for over a year. Well now I'm fed up with you guys forever. This is my last visit to Jack in the box.
