I tried to use the “any size Dr Pepper for $1” promo on the app, but it would not let me choose the size. I attempted to tell them my preferred size when I arrived, but the manager said I’d have to pay MORE for the large because it costs more. She did not understand that the app says ANY size is $1 and there shouldn’t be a price difference. I’m not sure if she’s just uneducated and doesn’t understand the wording, or if she’s intentionally trying to scam people out of money, but it was very frustrating to deal with.
Anyone who doesn’t know or understand how their own companies discounts and deals work has no business being in charge.

I used to like coming here on my lunch break. After trying to get the potato wedges I paid for I was told that I needed to pay a second time, despite me showing the receipt and change in my hand. After asking for my money back I was told that IM the problem customer. Yeah. Sure. I'm never coming back and telling my coworkers that if they do decide to come here they better pay with card because otherwise your order will be messed up and they'll treat you like a thief.

🤮 this location is gross! Just ordered tacos and fries and it smells old and nasty! You guys need to change out your oil or something it’s really bad, I couldn’t even eat my food! The location down the street is way better but they had problems with their app so I came here. Big mistake cuz I threw it away since it started making me feel sick
