I gave this place 1 star due to their drive thru service line. I ordered and waited for more then 8 mins tops due to the customers in the front of me. Either they weren't getting their orders right or they just wasn't satisfied but waiting 1 car behind is too slow for my experience in drive thrus.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and unfortunately witnessed very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the cashier toward a delivery driver. The cashier spoke to him in a rude and disrespectful manner, ordering him to step back and move away. It was clear that the driver did not understand the language well and did not say a single word, yet the cashier continued to treat him poorly. The behavior came across as extremely rude and discriminatory. This kind of attitude reflects badly on the restaurant and creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and workers. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures respectful and fair treatment for everyone.

I ordered my food from there kiosk. So minimal Interaction was necessary with someone. I got my food within 3 minutes or so. The place was nice and clean. The cashier was polite when giving me my food and asked if I needed anything else. Restrooms where clean and there is plenty of parking. I believe they close there inside dinning very late, 12am.

Place is always closed 1st thing in the morning, jack ur a joke ur employees are lazy. Rather go to the faithfull 24hrs taco shop in between 5 different jack in the box's!!! Never coming again

I recently visited the store located on the corner of Greenfield and East Main Street, south eastern corner from Janet's Cafe, slightly north east of 7/11 across the street from the Church Building I attend on any given Sunday O/\SIS or how I would spell it, OH ACE, is it 1 or 11, L7, I missed my sons Last Football Game as a Lajolla Viking, in line because of a missed judgment of the day it was because my attempts to Live outside the Box I make poor decisions sometimes and my hope is that he forgive me, and we can come to this store Location together and pick up all the trash that is just scattered all over the property! The food at Jack in the Box is what you expect because it hasn't changed much in the 40 years I have been visiting the different store Locations excluding the prices! Maybe I will change it up and go inside the box so we can POP out like the old wined jump scare toys and have some fun!
Parking: If you see a person in need of help, help, sometimes it takes kindness to change not always there life but ours
Went inside today. Was made to wait quite a bit before someone deemed to appear. I had someone dip their head around the corner and ask about an order... they were talking to the drive thru.
Finally someone comes to see me and he was super rude. I told the guy what i wanted and instructed i wanted the wrap combo in crispy and asked if i could get it as a large. He ignored the second part and asked what kind of wrap i wanted. I said Crispy again and he looked at me like i was an idiot and names off the options for the wraps and on the last option he mentioned he said Crispy. So i say a third time. I want the crispy one. He then with attitude told me they are all crispy, which one do you want?!
The guy's face was covered in tattoos. Not even slightly professional. Shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service job.

Save your money The prices are going up. The quality of the food and service is going down. Chances are you will get a burger that's been sitting out for hours in order for them to save money. You tell them extra sauce. There won't be any sauce you tell them cheese. There's no cheese. But they charge you for it. They wanted to charge me a dollar fifty for a cup of water after I ordered twenty five dollars worth of food.These people are insane.I will never go there again

So my wife ordered 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers at the drive through. We received 2 jr cheese burgers. We will billed for 2 jr cheese burgers. Yet we did not receive what we ordered. So the intercom is broken or the employee at the drive through is broken. Jack n the Box please improve or pay employee's based off their performance. Maybe food will be right 100%.

It wasn't a bad Jack in the Box, but let's face it. . . expectations weren't that high. The place was clean. My order was mostly correct. The homeless person living in the parking lot was in need of mental health assistance, but she was polite.
