I walked in when no one else was there. One employee was on break, and he ignored my "how ya doin". I waited at the counter for around 5 minutes. When the manager came out to take my order, she was very rude. When I ran my card through the machine it showed ( COMM ERR), communication error. She said I was declined. I said I have plenty of money, but she stated I was declined and would not even run my card again. Jack in the box has been a favorite for as long as I can remember. This one though if the food is anything like the service I'm cool there's another one down the road in 3 directions. So if Jack in the box is a must I highly suggest going one of those 3 directions.

This location is better than most others in the area. They ask for your name and they always get mine wrong. My name is not Brek lol It's not a big deal. I just spell out each letter and that seems to work great. As far as the food it's better than the two other locations that are close by.

Got the smashed jack, it was smashed alright, in spite of the box. Must say, underwhelmed with the 8.50 price. It was good, but smashed soggy bun didn't work. Many sit down restaurants are better and cheaper.

There is more often than not, a shortage in something on the menu, or the fryers are down and half the menu is wiped off the board. It's frustrating being a local and not getting anything. I've shown up about 6 times in the past month, if that gives any clarification.
