A continuance from last night…. So today when I did not receive my wrong order replaced even tho I had a recite I call around 7:04 pm to speak with a shift manager one assistant manager answers was very nice I said hello sit how are you he said I’m doing good how can I help you I told him of the situation from last night plus all of the times I go the workers get my order wrong he said can you please hold one moment I said sure, than another manager answers was nice he said ok I put your name in the book I said that’s fine so tonight at 10:00 before I clock in for shift I go to get my meal and the manager on shift denies to look up my name and just throws and sand which at me and says take it or leave it i said I want the meal I paid for it ended up in a yelling match I was very irate because she was cracking jokes with her workers about me and it almost ended physical with her following me to my car even when the worker from last night showed up and told her oh ya she was here so I ask for the managers name she refuses so that I can tell corporate a she continues to refuse saying she doesn’t have to do shit and I tell her I use to be a manager before a nurse at McDonald’s and if someone has and issue and asks for a manager you have to give your name I was pissed off I don’t know what is wrong with these people in this world any more but I am a nurse who takes care of people who can’t care for there selves I love what I do I love people and this totally made me loose all faith in humanity I also suffer from cancer and organ failure and if this is how you treat people who just want a meal who paid for something I don’t know what the world is coming to I am not only pissed off but hurt

Between the times of 10:15-10:30 PM this evening I witnessed something VERY disturbing in this day & age. A woman who had her nurse uniform on came in & told the employee of her conversation with management pertaining to her messed up orders the past 2 days. The worker got very belligerent & disrespectful towards the nurse when asked for her name. She called the nurse out of her name AND had the audacity to joke with coworkers about the situation. A young man who was working there tried to deescalate the situation, but the nurse was rightfully irate & upset. If a nurse can be treated as such, there’s no hope for humanity! SMH. I sincerely hope management/corporate will give the nurse some justice & I hope to NOT see that young lady who was working there again, or I’ll just take my money & family elsewhere. Please do better & be professional & courteous. It’s called customer service NOT disservice.
