My wife went here to order takeout. She said the staff was very friendly and helpful. What you got home the food was the right temperature and very fresh.

I ordered extra pickles on my hamburger 🍔 like always but this time they charge me .25 cents and only had 3 pickles 🤔 so one extra pickles is .25 cents guess I'll start going to Tommy's burger where they load it up with 6-9 pickles at no extra charge

This location gets my order wrong 75% of the time I come here. They forgot all my tacos and fries today. They’ve messed up tons of orders in the past and even if I ask “Is XYZ in there?” They will say yeah and then it’s not. Everyone needs to be fired and get some better workers who actually need the paycheck or something. I shouldn’t have to check every single item in every single order when I go somewhere.

I literally love this place, I don’t understand why others are whining about it being slow, like come on guys, it’s not that serious, if u really were worried about it being slow u would have just eaten at home, but anyways costumer service is great, and all the workers are amazing, especially Nancy, she’s one of the best and always recognizes me and knows my orders 😄 definetly great time to be there and to be recognized😁 I work and get out late at night and also David is one of the greats there too, very patient and knows what he’s doing. I’ve seen a lot of young workers there too and I’ve notice one specific worker named Jhans, and I think his drive and motivation to work is just great and greatly shown through efforts. Definetly a 10/10😁

This is the worst Jack in the box! The workers just done care! I have yet to receive a correct order from this place! I don’t understand why it is so difficult- I have had items missing, order curly fries pay the extra .60 and get straight fries, will get the completely wrong food. Cold food and old fries. Bought a grilled chicken salad and they gave me no salad dressing and the chicken is cold!? I’ve never had the chicken come cold and have no idea as to when it was cooked (the chicken has always been hot on the salads I’ve gotten)

That takes 20 freaking minutes that they can't take an order. This place is a fast food establishment and their isn't anything fast about it Nancy was the drive through attendant at the time.

After ordering two meals and two shake s. After paying nearly 40$ realizing we got no fries and no soda realizing we paid 40$ for two shakes and two burgers I'm not a happy camper
