Today i went there with my daughter and she ordered a caramel latte cold. The lady asked twice if cold or hot. We told her cold and after that she took more customers and prepared their orders for them but forgot about our order. The lady asked my daughter her order again and asked her to repeat herself in a rude manner. After she prepared the order and it was wrong; we asked for it to be cold and it was hot. I went to ask her to change the coffee and she started arguing with me saying it was our fault because we weren't clear enough. She continued to argue with us and we left without our right order dissatisfied and disappointed.

1st time at Jack's and it was a pleasant experience. The barrister with a beard was very kind ? and helpful in helping me select my 1st drink. And I love the fact that they had oat milk. My iced coffee was delicious and the prices are great.

I love Jacks because their coffee is the best! The baristas are very nice. The sandwiches that they make in house are really good, too! They also have a lot of little snacks, like cheese and cookies.

I don't know what it is about this coffee, but I recently ordered an iced brown sugar spiced latte and it was the most smoothest coffee I have ever experienced. It was very high quality clean taste. The care for a nice brewed coffee is there. Of course the taste was outstanding! Definitely recommend it!

I love that this little shop opened up in the mall. The coffee is on point and service is always nice. I usually head out to North Park and Hillcrest for good coffee, it's nice to have something local. Beats your basic Starbucks any day.
