Overcharging with an out of date menu price and unwilling to refund. This place will take you for a fool.

The food is as expected here. Service is appropriate as well. The staff, especially a particular mgmt gal, is really awful. Went there today, Fri Nov 17th, and this "manager" served me. She had odd multi colored hair ( pink, purple etc) had many face piercings, lips, nose, cheek, tongue etc. I'm sure you can imagine. Worst of all was a HUGE, NASTY HICKIE on her neck, easily visible ! Her hair was pulled back in a "bun" so it was very noticeable. Very sloppily dressed. And this is management attire ???? I noticed this location has a 1.2 rating on the web site. Maybe they need to be a lot more particular in their hiring , did I say maybe ???

Service was abysmal. The adolescent crew, after 4 pm today, served us the worst drinks ever. No receipt was given. Seeing that no fucks were given about their job. These "smoothies" were drinks before we even left the store. It's sad that Jamba employed these lack luster individuals to represent your company. I want a refund on my drinks, but that's probably wishful thinking. I won't be coming to this location again. Parkway is better.

My husband came in here on Friday afternoon at 8:30 pm. As soon as he walked in they straight away told him they were closed. He then said oh online and on the door it says you guys are open until 9. Instead of giving him a reason as to why they were closed, they just repeated themselves saying "We're closed." Like we get it you guys are closing earlier than said time on what is originally posted, but at least have some human decency to be either polite or give him a damn reason as to why you guys are closed early. Because of this my happy Jamba craving pregnant ass will rather make the drive to Santee or Rancho to get my Jamba Juice. Can't stand rude ass people that are working within customer service. Whoever runs this place needs to fix things, cause from the looks of it I'm not the first one complaining about this place!

I am not sure if you could give no stars for a review but today the El Cajon Jamacha Blvd Jamba management and front end staff earned it! I will never ever spend my hard earned dollars at this location with these poorly trained employees ever again. I am usually not one to write a review however, this needs to be addressed. I have been a customer and fan of the Jamba juice brand and have been spending my dollars with them for over 15 years. I have used Jamba for multiple fundrasing events with schools and the community, helping support the Jamba brand at a local level. I have been ordering few a types of drinks with them, with simple modifications over the years at many of the locations in multiple cities without any hassle and have received great service through the years however, The staff and management team at the Jamacha blvd location in El Cajon is truly an embarrassment to the Jamba brand. This place needs a complete overhaul to the managment team and definately better customer service training for new employees. With that being said....If Jamba is giving out free drinks and I am asking for outrageous request, give me as much hassle as you wish. That however is not the case!I am paying for simple modifications that are available upon request, I should not be sent through an argument over a simple smoothie modification. I am being told I can't have a smoothie made extra think with no ice. Do I reallly have to explain to the staff that I have sensitive teeth and beg and pleed for the request as if it is a privilege to get a smoothie from this place. Do I have to explain that I have been ordering the smoothie like this at multiple locations with no hassle for more than a decade... I was literally going back and forth with a teenager that has been working there for a few months and then a Manager about making my drink with no ice, I purchased the drink for me, not the disgruntle staff (Manager) who by the way decided to tell me to my face I am rude because I requested my money back, They just dont get it! The KISS method could have gone a long way in this situation. Truly disappointed about this location Jamba. Who is hiring and training these people? I was speaking to a colleague of mine about this generation and challenges with staffing... We both agreed that we are starting to see more and more individuals working and having a disregard for customer service. just showing up to work for a paycheck not working to do an excellent job and performing at a high level.I am a restaurant operator and I our first and foremost priority is customer service period! My staff is evaluated on performance and trained never to argue with the customer! Today reminded me of the Dave Chapelle skit "PopCopy". Please read the reviews on this location, I am definitely not alone with this.In conclusion, I will always be a fan of Jamba however this location is in need of a serious overhaul to the management and front end staff!

they had nothing in stock. I never seen a smoothie shop that doesn’t have any fruits available for smoothies

I've been here many times. The manager purple hair or blue hair, named Allie/Alley, not sure how to spell it, it's very rude. I've ordered the (Lemon ginger cayenne shot) many times, and I have them add the Daily vitamin and Zinc to it. I've ordered that specifically at this location and other locations all over San Diego County. Then, all of a sudden today, she said she can't do that. I told her I've ordered that there many times as well as other locations. She would not budge. About a year ago or two ago, I tried to order during Covid. She would not let me order a drink because I didn't have a mask. I asked her why that location was the only one requiring that. She told me it was her rules. She clearly makes her own rules there, and a superior needs to reprimand her. She's rude and passive-aggressive. I spoke to another manager at a different location today. She knew exactly who I was talking about and said she wasn't surprised. Every other Jamba Juice location is great, but this El Cajon location needs a new manager. Period.

Cashier took 2 people in front of me. I got there first and asked a group if they were ready to order, they weren't, then asked an other guy who got there after me. And after i clearly put myself ahead of the group they still got them first. I don't like making trouble but this really rubbed me the wrong way.

Probably the worst jamba juice I've ever been to. Sounds extremely dramatic but the girl who took my order was rude & didn't seem to like her job at all, ordered a ginger shot with cayenne pepper and lemon juice, she made it with orange juice & it wasn't even full. I also ordered a white gummy which I couldn't drink because it was disgusting... i'd rather go out my way & go to the jamba on Fury Ln. I'm sorry to this location but do better.
