I’ve always been highly impressed when it comes to jersey mikes however today when I was in store I saw a very disappointing situation at the broadway location on may 20th and was very disturbed with what happened. A person was ordering and a younger women with short hair and hazel eyes was purposely misgendering a customer, the customer told the young lady what they identify as and she continued to dismissively and rudely apologize and you can tell it was not sincere. The customer got very uncomfortable and the customer was clearly dressed as a women but the young girl working identities her as a “sir”. The whole situation was handled extremely unprofessional by the employee. The customer might not speak up about this but I will because it made me uncomfortable and no one should be treated like that. Management needs to stand up to workers like this that don’t have simple morales.

I will never step in these door again. I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else. I walked in and said hello how are doing to yhe little girl making sandwiches. Well, she literally ignored me even though I said it 3 times. Saturday night 6:20 pm. I walked out and said nevermind.

I ordered the Italian spicy chicken Sandwich today did not Like it to dry The bread was too dry Chicken did not have no flavor And it's missing a lot of stuff I don't recommend it for nobody unless you want to choke Very disappointed usually Jersey Mike sandwiches are very good I would not add this sandwich to the menu

This location doesn’t have word of honor they will cheat you on your purchase, they charge a lot for sandwiches that they don’t prefer base on the menu. I got cheated on my purchase and because I paid cash there’s nothing I can do about it. They even made me sound like I’m lying because when I went to claim my sandwich they said they can’t give it to me because base in there camera they put everything they should of course they will say that because they don’t want to admit that there employees cheating there customers base on there request it shows clearly in the picture I took that they didn’t put what they said they did also they don’t have any signs that said there recording customers in there surveillance camera. That’s invading customers privacy. There’s also a lot of comments that they didn’t get what they paid for so I’m not the one who’s lying they are. You can see in there menu what you should be getting but your not going to get that and no I didn’t ask to remove other toppings I even ask for extra that I didn’t get either.
The Philly steak sandwich was excellent. Helpful friendly staff

11 dollars for a sandwich and they don’t even give you enough meat to cover the bread. When I pointed out there were holes in my sandwich the girl tried to charge me for extra meat. And this was only turkey. Jersey Mike’s is trying to penny pinch their customers.
