I come in here a few times and this young lady her name was Rav I believe was very sweet young lady. And another gentleman working alongside with her, I don’t recall the name. One of the best workers in Rancho, thank you for the amazing service every time I come in to that young lady and young gentleman. Never disappoints! Best location in Rancho.

Sassy attitude. My order was done for 5+ mins the tall blonde guy put my order on the back counter after asking my name instead of handing it to me. Then eventually the nice girl with glasses had to hand it to me, when she noticed he was gonna let my order keep sitting there.

Only Jersey Mike's in Rancho San Diego could find a way to simultaneously take forever while also rushing you. They had about 5 employees working at the same time yet it still took me almost a half hour to receive my simple sandwiches. On top of making me wait unnecessarily, the employees had more attitude than a hormonal teenager, even though the employees were the ones making multiple mistakes. For example, they messed up my order and put things that I never asked for. They then tried to gaslight me into thinking I did in fact ask for those things.Although the employees are hostile to customers, they are very welcoming to bugs and insects! Many flies were buzzing around everywhere in this place. In the air, on the toppings that are used to make sandwiches, all over the tables and counters. Truly revolting - just like the workers' attitudes. There were more flies than actual customers, which makes sense considering how poorly this place is run.If the "Mike" in Jersey Mike's is a real person, he would be disappointed at the Rancho San Diego location for ruining his reputation. On second thought, anyone named Mike would be disappointed to share a title with such a disgraceful establishment.

I live in the area And hardly ever go into this place so I decided to try it and it was a mistake. After giving them my order I notice 2 flies crawling over a sandwich. I told them and the guy asked if they were on the bread or the sandwich I told him on the sandwich and he tossed it out. If I didn't call it out I guarantee he wouldn't have tossed it out. After I paid I waited for my food and they put my sandwich aside and never called my name as others got there food. The same guy that tossed the sandwich out from before noticed that I was still waiting he walked over and talked to the two guys by the register and then got my order. I don't recommend this place.
Came in to get a sub only to find out that I found a lot of hair trapped into my sandwich. Someone needs to call the health department to see how clean this restaurant really is.

I was at Ross shopping which is next door to the Jersey Mike's. I called the store 5 mins to closing so it could be done by the time I got there. A man answered the phone and I asked to place an order, before I could say anything else I was hung up on. I guess I'll take my service elsewhere.

I love using the jersey mikes app to preorder our sandwiches. It's easy to use and you can easily customize your order. apply any deals, rewards, a tip and pay before you get there. The employee are usually very friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. JM's is my favorite local sandwich shop! Delish!

Goes to location to get their Club Sub they never disappoint when ordering it on white bread likes it the Jersey Mike's Way though the paper is bit soggy coz the juice sometimes when I order to go but it's still good; only thing doesn't like the machine they use to pay for meals can't really see where to slip the debt card in (not really made for the vision impaired; people who wear glasses) but other then the service is very good the staff is very nice and friendly.
