I was really excited to visit and eat there, and I even ordered Uber Eats from 20 miles away because the food used to be less oily and salty than other places. But today was a letdown. After we ordered, it took 50 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was cold. I couldn't understand why it took so long for cold food. Even the bread was cold and not fresh. When we tried to talk to them about it, the waitress got upset. The food didn't taste as good as it usually does, and the beans seemed a bit spoiled. Overall, the food wasn't good enough to justify driving 20 miles anymore. I don't think I'll be going back to that restaurant again.
Food is extremely bland and was served very cold, they definitely don’t know what a good kabob is. Will not be going back if your wanting genuine middle eastern food check out the place down the street it’s called Mal Al Sham, they have the best kabobs super juicy and so hot it will burn your mouth

I've been a regular customer, buying from this restaurant since they opened. I place orders worth over $200 each week, sometimes ordering up to three times in a week, and always call ahead to pick up my food because I come all the way from Poway.
A couple of days ago, I called to place a pickup order as usual. It was Halloween night, and with the heavy traffic, it took me an hour to get there with my kids, who were tired and hungry by the time we arrived. When we got to the restaurant, my kids decided they'd rather eat there than wait until we got home. I asked if we could eat our order there instead.
They brought the food out as it was packaged for takeout, leaving it in disposable containers on the table without providing any plates, utensils, or anything else we’d need to dine in. My wife and kids couldn’t help but laugh at how poorly we were treated, especially given that we're paying customers, not asking for free food.
I'm leaving this note for the owner: if this is how you treat customers, you’ll lose good ones like me. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
