This is a good place. Clean bathrooms, good prices, good selection of beers, drinks are decent value, all bartenders regardless of day of the week are nice, everyone gets along at this place, cool cross section of clients..

This is the worst bar. The bartender Holly is very rude overcharges for drinks. I ordered Kamikaze shots, and the shot glasses weren't even clean it had extra floaties in my drink from someone else's mixed drink bad service.

Been going to Kelly's for a few years now and mad a few friends here. The ladies behind the bar are all friendly, gorgeous and good people. I never have an empty glass when at Kelly's and prices are affordable.
Kelly's has fresh popcorn but doesn't serve food. There is a Mexican Take-out next door though if you get hungry.
