This is a good place. Clean bathrooms, good prices, good selection of beers, drinks are decent value, all bartenders regardless of day of the week are nice, everyone gets along at this place, cool cross section of clients..
Been going to Kelly's for a few years now and mad a few friends here. The ladies behind the bar are all friendly, gorgeous and good people. I never have an empty glass when at Kelly's and prices are affordable.
Kelly's has fresh popcorn but doesn't serve food. There is a Mexican Take-out next door though if you get hungry.

Came for a couple of drinks with family while in town for a visit. Typical bar. We didn't eat here so we couldn't speak for the food but the drinks were good and the service was friendly. The customers in the bar with us at the time were all friendly and mostly locals, I'd say.
