Came here evening of 12/03/25, service was terrible. Lady at the drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude from the get go even though we were respectful as we placed our orders. Asked for hot sauce and was handed 2 packets for the amount of food we ordered. Famous bowls were basically just mashed potatoes with literally 3 pieces of cut up chicken. Trash food and even trashier service. Take your money to another KFC where people don’t hate their lives.

the honey BBQ chicken flavor is not good. the flavor from back in the day was the bombbbbbb!!!!! This honey BBQ flavor has bad after taste. Just horrible im so disappointed in KFC fake advertising the nasty flavor. stop with the new stuff. Just give us the old honey BBQ flavor.

I came to this kfc on Saturday 11, october 2025. As soon as I got inside the workers were trying to be funny with a different costumer and they were saying that they would give him extra food for free. It took them a bit to help me but when they did, they were definitely not professional since the guy and girl were flirting with each other very obviously. The guy left and after that the girl’s customer service was great. I went with my sister and I went to the restroom while we waited for the food. I come back outside and a girl is telling my 17 year old sister that a guy from the back (a worker) was asking for her instagram. This experience was beyond disrespectful, you shouldn’t be flirting while working, regardless of if my sister was a minor. The last interaction happened between 8:15 and 8:25 pm.

Exceptional service and great food! The price was a bit higher (+20%) than I'd have liked, but this is CA so it makes sense. With the extra cost I am thrilled that 10/10 service was included. Will be back- my son loved the nuggets and fries.

Haven't been to KFC for a long time. I was so happy to come back for that well- known flavor, and it did not disappoint. The flavors are all there it was nostalgic too, looking at all the old days pictures of Col. Sanders on the wall. I never noticed that Kentucky is shaped like a chicken drumstick lol. (see the picture) mm! So delicious I went for seconds on the original recipe. I will definitely be back to this location 🍗.

Most disgusting KFC joint ever - staff looked forced to be there so… I understand. I paid around $15 for a 2 Dinner meal chicken combo! Most oily looking chicken you would think Diddy swam in it. Colonel Sanders’ should come see this!
The general manager at this location has only showed how horrible she is in customer service and her position. She goes onto the speaker without basic communication skills or friendliness. She’ll have you sitting in silence than get mad when you don’t move forward because we are waiting for her to acknowledge she got the order or give a total. All the other employees are 1000x better on their worst day compared to her.
