Employees/Owners can appear rude at times but it is more they are there working not there to build up your self esteem.
I have never been disrespected. Just because I smile and say hello doesnt mean they are required to do the same !!! Some times if I'm friendly I don't get a response but that's because they are hard working and don't have time...
