Super 10/10 I eat here everyday meal of the day all day and everyday
Good overall!! Aloha !! Will come back sooner !
Amazing
Love L&L, hate to leave this.
They always mess something up, usually overcooking things and im tired of it. Expensive and a long wait for overcooked or cooked the wrong way is not the business.
Very average experience. Staff friendly enough. Food was made fresh, but have had better quality at other Hawaiian BBQ establishments. Priced high for options received.
I went here for the first time in a year or so and the prices have gone up so much but I figured it wasn't something I do much so who cares, I got back with my food and opened it and there was almost no beef and the tiniest short rib in my mix bbq plate. $27 with a tip for basically chicken and rice what a rip off.
Food was delicious and service was outstanding! There was a really nice lady named Karla. The cooks Luis and Bladi were also very good. I really enjoy the chicken katsu with the mac salad with that delicious sweet katsu sauce. I also would def recommend their bento box as they are very generous with portions sizes especially with the meat.
Such a disappointment of the L&L Hawaiian image. Don't go here, go to Santee location. Ordered to-go and they said 15 mins. Took over 30 mins for starters, and when I finally got home with my food, got a pathetic excuse of a short rib in my mix plate. See Attached picture. Received 1 short rib, and it was as if they tore it from a hyena and I got the leftovers.
Do the extra 5 mins drive to Santee
The place was very clean and the music was good. The food was very good and came out quick. Karla helped me out today and she was very kind and welcoming. She helped make my experience great!
I am a huge fan of L&L Hawaiian barbecue. My personal favorite is the one in Walnut. Anyone want to guess why that is? Well it is actually very simple, they change their damn oil often enough to maintain the wonderful quality of their chicken katsu to keep it golden crisp, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I have tried the chicken katsu in this location several different times since I moved to the area two years ago. Every single time the chicken is trash, I could probably cook better tasting chicken using my truck's old motor oil. Hopefully someone will read this and next time I decide to give them perhaps one final chance, they'll get it right. I go Karen once every 10 years and only when the situation is dire enough. This atrocious chicken is almost a crime.

Very good. Best in the city. Karla was very helpful.
Worst tasting L& L location I’ve been to.
The macaroni salad taste flavorless and the spam masubi is very skimpy. Save your money you will be disappointed
